There was a dark, greasy mark on the passenger door, along with some sort of mud splash on the driver's side door, that weren't there when I drove in, but were there after I had left. I had paid for their top of the line service, which included the cleaning of both the interior and exterior . The seats were still dirty, and the console was dusty. I ended up cleaning stains on the upholstery (which I thought they'd include in the interior cleaning) by following a YouTube protip: foam shaving cream, scrub brush, damp cloth. Got rid of the upholstery stains, and the marks left on the doors and console. Seriously: save yourselves the $20+ and DIY.

The car takes standard 5w-20 oil which can be purchased anywhere for the same price as any other oil. So, in total, the oil change cost me $41. Some discount. What a scam??? Won't go back.
