In the end, he also informed me that since this was my first service on our new vehicle, it was performed as a courtesy. I was somewhat surprised and very pleased. Midway and their staff totally met my expectations when we purchased and todays service experience. Prior to purchasing our vehicle, I was told by many local Hyundia owners to stay local, this is a family owned business and they treat their customer great. I was not disappointed and will surely tell other of my experience

I wanted to upgrade from a vehicle that just no longer met my needs, into a Tundra. Tylor listened to what I was trying to do, asked some questions to make sure he got me exactly what I was after. He then presented some options, and told me exactly what it was going to take, and let me decide what direction I wanted to go. They offered me a fair price on my trade, and showed me a truck that was exactly what I wanted. There were couple things that I wanted them to do, and while they weren't huge things, I wanted them done. They worked hard to meet my schedule, and and made sure things got done, and with perfect results. I have very high expectations and you guys exceed them, every single step of the way.

Recently, my wife and I went to Coeur d'Alene Honda to shop for a new Pilot. When we arrived, we…read morewere met by a salesman by the name of Tyler Abbott, who assisted us in our search. He suggested that we consider a 2026 Passport, which was similar to a Pilot, but more capable in winter driving conditions, as well as in moderate off-road scenarios. Ultimately, after asking a slew of questions, which Tyler answered quite adeptly, and a test drive in a nearly-new Passport (1,300 miles), we bought it. We have purchased several Hondas in the past, and, aside from the outstanding dependability that the brand has always offered us, we truly value the fact that we've never felt pressured by a Honda salesperson while shopping for a car. I am pleased to report that this experience was no exception. In fact, I believe this was the best car buying experience we have ever encountered. Tyler's very professional, easygoing personality and impressive knowledge ultimately convinced us to specifically buy our new vehicle at Coeur d'Alene Honda. We want to thank Tyler Abbott, as well as the business manager, Johnathon Loudenslager, for providing us with a low-key, friendly and extremely efficient experience. Dana Duncan

Although the reviews were not very favorable, I decided to check it out for myself. Super easy to find, so that was a plus. Was able to get my car in right away... Bottom line? If I'm ever out running around again and needing kind of dealership, this one will be on my list of places to stop.

The service is a joke to WA buyers. I bought a new GTI full MSRP there. All went well. Called a…read morecouple months later after reading the harsh ride (it clearly had) was likely due to plastic shipping blocks clipped in the front struts and weren't removed. The service writer said he had never heard of this and explained 'sports cars are rough riding'. Thanks, good to know. I jacked it up in the driveway and could feel the blocks under the strut boot. Pulling the boot up, I could see the blue plastic 'puck'. Called back and they agreed to look at it - 'anytime'. So, I came in that Saturday where I was greeted with 'you need an appointment'. Then I realized out of state plates were making things go bad quickly. He came off very annoyed by this 'ambush' visit and said he'd have to check if this was even a warranty thing. He asked if the WA dealer looked at it like they had input or effort here. No, I bought it here thinking pre-sales prep was done here? Finally, a tech ran it in for a look on the lift. 15 minutes later, they removed the blocks and put the car back in the staging entry. The tech spotted me and said 'your key is in the console'. This first shop visit took 90 minutes abundantly clear the are disgusted with any non-residents waisting their non-revenue time. The 'writer' wouldn't make eye contact as I smirked leaving. No papers, no signature, nothing happened... just leave. I inspected the struts when I got it home to find they shoved the boots up to pull the blocks but didn't bother to reseat the lower boot to the strut body which you have to press and form back on with effort. They left it open to dirt. Had to jack-up and re-attach both boots back on the struts. Pretty sure they purposely left the boots flopping. I had carefully put the one I inspected back on pressing and turning to fit properly and why I looked. Not pro work - fast slop to get 'em out. First impression of their Service Dept? How 'bout never again!
