Then I ordered a veggie platter(3 veggies for $7.00), and a side of fried corn. The veggies were for me and the pork chop basket for my husband. I tried the pork chop and it was delicious(fried), and the fries were good and hot. My veggies were fantastic-cabbage, greens, Lima beans, fried corn and cornbread. All was very fresh and delicious. The minus star reason:the young man taking my order, did not speak loud and clear. It was very hard to hear him. He never smiled either. But, the lady who brought my food out to me was cute, smiling and friendly towards me. I look forward to trying other meal here at this food truck. PS:they were not wearing masks, but neither was I. Snoball stands are distinctly a Maryland treasure and Sno Vibes fully captures that atmosphere. I ordered a Skylite with marshmallow. As soon as I ordered that flavor, she asked if I was from Maryland and we had a wonderful conversation about our times back home. The snoball itself was a home run as well. I pulled up and instantly smelled the wood from the smoker. After chatting with the owner Johnny for a little about their menu. I asked him what should I try and he suggested their loaded fries. The fries consisted of sausage pieces, crumbled bacon garlic sauce. Flavors were interesting and worked well together. The ribs and brisket are definitely next on my list to try.
