Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money.
