He really listened to us and came up with an incredible solution to our problem! My husband and were both able to upgrade our phones for free, and he was able to get us more data for a small increase in our monthly bill. Plus he seemed to be the only one in the store who really knew what he was doing, the others appeared to still be in training. So he was like the Flash, jumping from helping us to helping 3 other customers in the store simultaneously! Our 18 month old was running around the whole store all the while making a racket but Abraham and one of the ladies working there just kept laughing and saying how cute she was! All around we left pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied! Thank you so much Abraham for your amazing customer service!

We decided to move to Shaw Business this past summer. The transition went relatively smoothly except for our fax line. We have been trying for over 8 months to get Siplink to release our fax number to Shaw and they have repeatedly told us that they released the number, while Shaw says they haven't. It turns out our fax number is resold through a company called "Nu-Dawn" and they need to release it in order for Shaw to reactivate it. Suprise, surprise... Siplink was previously named "NuDawn," and even knowing that we know this information they still refuse to release the number.

In total, I have wasted at least 18 hours, waiting, waiting, waiting. Plus I have missed several very important medical appointments. When an agent answers, many are almost impossible to understand. They say things like "Oh, I am so sorry that you have had difficulties. We will send a technician as soon as possible", and they even give me a date and time! Uh-huh! My phones and internet are not working properly. They also insisted I had not paid a bill, when in fact, I have all the proof from my bank that I did pay. They told me they were very busy, and it was hard to keep up with all the customers, so why do they keep inviting more people to sign up for their services? I have been a customer for years, and it used to be customer focused: good grief, you could walk into a SHAW business, talk to a person, get help. BUT NOW? They are pocketing money, avoiding contact, and treating customers like dirt. They do not deserve even one star.
