Walk inside and the majority of their popular phones are well laid out in a class counter for you to see; don't be afraid to ask to try the phones too as these are all REAL, charged phones (unlike the dummy ones you see at other stores). One of the staffers even let me use his phone as a demo to see how a 'used' version of the phone felt. If you're not in the market for one of the latest phones from overseas, you can also look into more reasonable phones with down-to-earth phone plans, as they are also a Fido phone provider. They have also provide thin film screen protectors for your phone, and will even apply it on your phone for you...and trust me, this is well worth the price as it can get extremely annoying if you're not used to applying them. If you're looking for the ultimate protection for your phone, Omegacell offers the InvisibleShield film, which they will also apply for you, but for an additional $10 (depending on the model). Tim and his team are very knowledgeable and service is prompt. More than once, Wireless city has helped me out of a bind. Most recently I ended up with a cell phone that was frozen due to an update that failed. The closest Telus dealer said they could help me get the phone fixed under warranty if I provided my proof of purchase. The problem with that is the dealer where I got the phone is out of business and finding proof of purchase would be difficult for me. Wireless City was able to verify warranty just by entering my phone number into their system. Even though there are several Telus dealers that are closer to me, my preference is to deal with Wireless City.

I'm glad I did. it turns out that The Source does price matching! I love stores who do this! You are guaranteed a good price and if you do your homework, you can get the best prices out there. The staff was helpful also. I was looking for laptop speakers and they let me hook up my iPod so that I could get a sense of the quality of sound from each speaker system. That was very helpful. I also got a wireless router and they price matched it to a price I had seen it advertised at another store. I'll be going back to The Source. It was a good experience.

Ultimately I reversed my idea of getting anything repaired by this firm and took my business elsewhere. Time to send staff to a qualifies customer service tune up course. I think it's fair to say that this company, if it hired the right people, could really succeed.
