It seems important to share our own experiences with Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup because everyone in this office has been truly caring, kind and compassionate to my Grandmother. From the very first visit with my Grandmother's Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kim, we immediately realized this was personalized health care. Dr. Kim always spent the extra time listening to my Grandmother's concerns and determining what could be done to assist my Grandmother. When appropriate, Dr. Kim ordered additional tests and consistently followed up with the results. Besides providing excellent medical care, we appreciated Dr. Kim's personable demeanor. He always remembered to use each of our names when we visited the office and he patiently went through our usual list of questions that we brought to each of our visits. This level of patient care did not end with Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim's nurse was equally helpful and caring towards my Grandmother. She often spent extra time caring for my Grandmother during our visits, calling to answer questions for my Grandmother, following up with the doctor and scheduling appointments so my Grandmother could be seen for more urgent concerns sooner. Lastly, the front desk staff in this office remained patient when we came across challenges with my Grandmother's insurance plan. Additionally, they worked hard to patiently handle insurance billing questions, schedule follow up appointments and answer questions for my Grandmother. They were always professional and respectful which meant a lot to us. We really could not have asked for anything more from Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup. We sincerely hope this review expresses our gratitude for ALL of the staff who treated my Grandmother with such kindness and care. Thank you so very much!! : )

She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. This has come in handy several times for sure. The staff is always friendly and I really don't have anything negative to say about the staff. What I dislike is when I try to make an appointment for an existing problem, everybody seems to be booked way out (a month). It makes it very difficult to establish a better doctor/patient relationship. If the available appointments are that far out, it seems logical that the existing patient will seek a different provider within the office or go take the business elsewhere. If you choose to see another provider in office, you have to repeat everything that happened and what was discussed. It's unclear if notes aren't read.. or if chart notes aren't as detailed as they should be. I do like them and would highly recommend them, but only if you don't care about wait times between appointments.

Thorough and considerate, he was really happy to talk technical-medical-lab-geekspeak with me as soon as I established my credibility in that area, but he also explained the things I didn't know in astonishingly simple and non-condescending ways. He's located in the cancer center. If you don't have cancer, you will be humbled somewhat as you feel the raging good health surging through your body. Anemia is nothing compared to the living hell of cancer and chemotherapy. He will discuss your treatment options with you and will give you prosaic, no-nonsense advice. I like that. I like the "if I were you, I'd..." approach to medical gray areas. He is willing to treat aggressively if you are willing to deal with the discomforts... in my case, iron infusions are called for if I can put up with the crushing fatigue and muscle soreness that comes along for the ride. We're trying one more thing before I resort to that; I also appreciate his long experience in how these things are likely to play out.

I can say without a doubt, this is the most knowledgeable, caring physican that I have had in my life. He has been my Hematologist for probably 15 years or more. I have an Iron issue and have had numerous iron infusions. He has also gone over and above in doing things that my Primary Doctors failed to do with respect to tests for issues unrelated to my iron deficiency. I love this Man and he is also My Husbands Oncologist for his Smoldering Myeloma. I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend. Daily skincare is a game changer. You will love Dr. Ladie, her staff and team. They are all so kind and helpful. I leave feeling like a million bucks.

She frequently makes sure that she was able to address my mom's questions and concerns. My mom is a retired physician and although quiet during appointments, she usually tells me a lot after every appt. She has been nothing but satisfied with Dr. Troncales. She appreciates that she does not feel rushed. She is grateful that she has gotten established with a physician who is so passionate about helping the older population.
