Today I came in at 9am, and they couldn't help me because they were just too booked. Crazy, excised, and just horrible customer service overall. They didn't even have a reception list, there are boxes all over the area. Such an unorganized and unsanitary location overall.

They insist on using large needles despite me telling them at dr offices they always use butterflies. I have tried numerous times to get an answer via email or phone calls and either NO REPONSE or a "formed response" that has NOTHING TO DO with what I asked. I so need to find someplace else. The only good thing is I don't have to drive all the way to Seattle for my bloodwork but I'm beginning to think that may be worth it!
