Horrible customer service. If you are taking an employer drug test, DO NOT COME HERE. They will automatically direct you to Fast Labs in Tacoma. Here, no matter what time you show up, they are always understaffed or have some excuse for not being able to assist you. Last time I showed up at 11:30am, and even though there was absolutely no one waiting, the worker said they could not help me because they went on lunch break at 12pm. Today I came in at 9am, and they couldn't help me because they were just too booked. Crazy, excised, and just horrible customer service overall. They didn't even have a reception list, there are boxes all over the area. Such an unorganized and unsanitary location overall. read more

Quick, easy, and efficient. Took care of me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Visited around noon and there was no one else there except me. Was a bit too quiet for my liking, but didnt have to wait long. Parking was relatively available in front of the building. read more

For 3 days I've been trying to get a blood draw here as a walk-in to no avail! First they never have the fax from my doctor for the lab order even though he faxed it to them 5 times over 3 days. They tell me 1) This happens all the time, then 2) They blame it on the doctors doing the faxing! Third day I got an order and they won't take me as a walk-in! Utterly ridiculous and lots of excuses but no real solutions. read more

Scheduled an appointment for pre employment drug screening for 2:10. When I get there Rosa was extremely rude and told me to "read the door" and that they don't do urine tests past 1pm. (It allowed me to make an appointment via automated phone call for specifically a drug screening at this time) I came back the next day. Made my appointment for 9:50. Waited OVER an hour as she is calling people for the same thing (drug screenings) before me. She told me I had 4 minutes to provide a sample, and if I didn't, then I would have to stay there for 3 hours with her. If I left during those 3 hours, she would tell my employer I was "non-compliant". read more

I wish they had a live person working in the reception area. The little sign-in computer just doesn't cut it. It doesn't give you the option for drop off and you have to sign on to a standby list and wait forever. Very disappointing that such a big company won't use its resource and hire a receptionist. read more

Easy peasy to fry in and out for a simple blood work appointment. Scheduled my appt online before arrival.

A) Due to insurance requirements, we HAVE to use Quest Diagnostics or Pay 100% of lab services elsewhere. B) Difficult to do labs for my husband any weekday, especially fasting, as he needs me to drive him, and I work M- F early. Very few Quests open on Saturday, I have to travel over 25 miles to get to an open location on a Saturday. All Saturday locations were no appointments /first come first served, until a couple months ago. . . I guess. C) Labs needed. Worker informs us there are no appointments available when we showed up shortly after they opened today, fasting. Points out the info for needing an appointment was on their website. NO, it helps you make an appointment, but does not SAY it is REQUIRED. Plus, if the policy was NO APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED ON SATURDAYS, WHY would I even LOOK for available appointments? If these Saturday appointments are usually all booked up, is that not a good indicator that MORE Lab locations need to have weekend hours? It would not be that difficult to do a mass mailing to ALL customers to inform them of this policy change. Do BETTER Quest Diagnostics. read more

Super fast. Checked in my appt in the car. Got called in right at my time and they had a full lobby. Staff was nice. Urine drug screen for pre employment went fast. Will be selecting this locations and referring it to friends. read more

Quest on Sunrise Blvd. in Puyallup was very COVID cautious. They had masks and antibacterial available, contactless check-in, and they took my temp before going in the back for labs. Jimmy was my lab tech and he was very nice and friendly. He had to draw my blood and it was PAINLESS. Best lab experience I have had thus far. read more

One person at the counter. She calls me up but is on the phone with someone. Won't put the phone down so I sit back down and mutter, "maybe she should get off the phone." Then a waiting person screams at me, "she's helping me and you don't have to be so rude." To which I say a few choice words and the woman at the counter is STILL on the phone. So I just got my paperwork and left, came home and made an appointment. Hopefully the rude woman will be gone by then. They need to hire help, teach the girl at the counter to handle one patient at a time and not to call another person to the counter until she is done with the last one. I waited In line should be first and I asked for a mask and she said they do not supply them. Had eight other people behind me. Lost my place in line will be escalating this to other locations and calling around and making complaints read more

This I my second timing going here in 3 years. Horrible service and only one staff today. I sat there for 10 mins before I said something. She said we only do prescreening til 11. She said...It says it on the door. I said my orders don't have anything about specific times and gave all open hours. She locked the door 12 with me and another person there...said she could take care of me at 1 after I said I took the day off to get test done. I live 15 mins away...like I know what the door says. read more

Had to do a drug screening for work (mind you it's only quest near me that does work drug screenings, otherwise I have to go to another town 30-45 minutes away, plus I'm in the process of passing a kidney stone during all of this) when they call me the day of to say that the drug screen is cancelled because their toilet is broken and they've known about this for a week. I can either go somewhere else or reschedule for Friday or Saturday, both of which I'm working, and the deadline is Saturday. Now I have to go to Lakewood for this junk, which is a ways away from me in auburn. Don't waste your time here. read more

I won't be back. This was my second time at this lab. The first time I felt uncomfortable being there but nothing specific happened. I just felt like I was an inconvenience. Today I went there straight from my doctors appt. I didn't realize they close at 4:00 until I got to the door. It was 3:50. I asked it I was too late for a blood draw. I wouldn't have asked but I used to draw blood and I know it only takes a couple minutes. She said I wasn't but she was clearly inconvenienced by my being there. This is the same one that made me feel like an inconvenience last time too. While she was drawing my blood today she was complaining that maybe her boss needs to have a talk with my doctor because he has a habit of sending people over right before closing. I told her he didn't tell me to come right down. He ordered the lab and since I was in the same complex I come over on my own because it was convenient and I didn't realize they closed at 4:00. She was also complaining how she had to be in Lacey in an hour. Clearly making sure I knew I was making her late for something. She was obviously rushing through the blood draw and kept putting the wrong stickers on the wrong tubes of blood. I was in and out before 4:00. She made sure I knew she was locking the door behind me so no one else came in. I sure hope I didn't get my doctor in trouble. I told her multiple times it was my fault not his. I am going to go back to using LabCorp only and I will recommend my own patients do the same. read more
