My doctor wrote a prescription…read morefor a 90 day supply of a medication and the pharmacy technician told me that my insurance did not cover the medication so I had to pay over $60 for it and then I found out that my insurance company actually does cover this prescription but only for a 30 day supply instead of 90 days and that it should've only cost me $10 so I ended up paying double the price and they "mistakenly" told me it just wasn't covered when it actually was. So I called the pharmacy to ask why I was told the wrong information and just trying to get some understanding and I was very nice about it but I just wanted to know what happened. The technician was so rude to me about it and said "well it wasn't me that did it" and I told her I understood that and I wasn't blaming her but she was acting like I was accusing her of the mistake and I wasn't but she just was so rude and not nice at all and she basically just hung up on me by rudely saying "I'll be back" and put me on hold without allowing me time to say anything and I eventually just hung up after being on hold. She was not interested in helping me or trying to figure out why I had to pay double for my prescription bc someone there didn't do their job correctly. Who wants to pay double for a prescription when they shouldn't have to?? No one. I've been going to this cvs pharmacy for many years but I will not use them again

The photo ladies who were working were highly unprofessional. I gave my name to pick up pictures and the one with short hair said there was no order there. I walked out to check my text messages and I had the order #. I went back inside and the other lady asked me for my phone number and as I was giving it to her the other lady that been there since 2005 and short hair said "I told her they was not an order" . I asked then why would I get an order number. They both said " I don't know" I just looked at both of them and said nevermind. So, as a customer service person on one of the busiest days before a major holiday should have used their skills and said no problem we can reprint the order. Nope they just stuck to we can't find it .. it's not here .. didn't even ask me for the order # when I said I have it here twice. I will be taking my photo printing business to the local Drug Mart where their employees are polite and the store is clean and there is ALWAYS a manager on the floor.

Her friendly attitude trickles down to her staff. The facility is up-to-date, clean, spacious, and cheerful. The planned activities, which are vital to a person's well-being, were plentiful and fun. The activity directors are personable and compassionate. They often just came around to chat. The nursing staff is on top of their game! They log everything and are truly concerned for the health of their residents. They will keep the family up-to-date. The menu is full of variety and the food is tasty. Our family was well-pleased with the care given to my sister. She was thriving there and really enjoyed making new friends. We had peace of mind that she was safe. The staff knew our family by name. Unfortunately, my sister passed away after one year of being there of health complications while in the hospital. The director and staff were so compassionate towards us. The director even drove of few of my sister's new found friends to her funeral plus a few staff members came as well. The move-out process was unrushed considering all the many tasks that were on our plate. Every facility has its pros & cons. I give this facility one star because that is the lowest rating I can give. I dealt with bullying, belittling, and racial prejudice on a daily basis. I reported this to corporate many times, but to no avail. I struggle with depression and anxiety, so everyday was a battle to go to work. I worked in the therapy department, and unfortunately most of my co-workers treated their patients like numbers. There is little to no empathizing and understanding with the patients. This made the residents upset and my heart broke for them. This facility is focused more on speed than its patients. Do not work here.

I purchased their Easy-Flex 6' CPAP Tubing in mid-August 2018. Just 6 months ago to replace a ResMed hose that had lasted for 3 1/2 years. The Easy-Flex 6' CPAP Tubing collapsed last night cutting off the airflow. At first I thought there had been a power cut but on closer inspection I found that the hose had come away from the stiff outer spiral that keeps the hose from collapsing. I would not waste money on this product. Unfortunately it is made in China but the packaging doesn't say who manufactured it or I would have reviewed them. Roscoe is the name on the bag and the ones who profited from this poor quality item so they need to accept the responsibility and hopefully find a better supplier.
