The store owner/ manager was seated at a desk, he looked at the shoe and at the box and told me they were made in India "if that matters" he said. I told him I didn't want them if they were made in China. So, I bought the shoes. Got them home and low and behold- Made in China. Took them back. The woman -owner- behind the counter told that was very rude. I agreed that it IS rude to lie to a customer. Won't darken that door again.

During the order they had a promotion that if you spent so much you saved money so I added extra unneeded items to met this spend taking into account the helmet purchase. The helmet is now showing to not ship for yet another 6 months making it 9 months after the purchase date. The company thinks this is funny and just blames it on the manufacturer. That is not ok This company will opt stand behind their items sold and when things go wrong say tough luck it's not us. Other respected equestrians suppliers would cancel the entire order (including treats) as they could not fulfill their agreement at purchase but here it's just wait longer and longer This is a business where the customer does not matter just their money

This is the largest selection of boots I have seen anywhere! Work boots, cowboy boots, rubber barn boots, waders, hiking boots, fashion boots. They had a lot of clothing options too. Wrangler, Ariat are both there, as well as many other jean brands to select from. They have plenty of sizes in stock as well. The salesman we talked to initially (when my husband was originally looking for work boots, but then decided he didn't need any) was super helpful, and guided our selection process. Steel toe and non-steel toe brands. I was able to purchase Ariat jeans for my husband, an off-brand Carhartt-type coat for my 11 year old son, and a t shirt for my 6 year old daughter. If you're waffling between brands of boots, I'd stop here. They had most (if not all) of each brand's lines of product.

The drive was pleasant, although slow at times because this is Amish country and there are a lot of buggies on the road. Be careful! Their store is located on the right side as you head south, in a steel sided building that is immaculate inside as it is outside. This is not your average Tack shop, it literally has everything a horse owner could ever need, from a bit to a buggy! Of course, we don't own a horse, but we do have a small herd of dogs. We brought our youngest with us to see if we could fit her for a harness, but since she is still growing decided to just get two leashes instead. It was actually fun to pick a color, length & width and actually have it custom made while we waited! I always love going into stores like this, because although I may not need their principal product, I always seem to find something else I never knew I needed, all to the frustration of my wife! I think if I owned a horse(s), a horse farm, or working farm, this place would definitely be on my visit list because of their selection, fair prices, and customer service.

so I ordered a ez rider horse cart with all the bells and whistles from this company back in April…read more They informed me it would be the end of June, to first of July before it came in and was ready for shipping. Well, June came, then July, then august. So last week 8/10/23 I finally got a call the cart was ready for shipping but they had some bad news. The shipping from Ohio to Maine went from nearly $700 to nearly $800. Well it wasn't that bad so I said ok I'll deal with it. The lady took my credit card info and I paid the cart in full, just over $7200 Including shipping. She informed me that the cart would arrive in Maine at a local business that we chose which had a loading dock On Wednesday or Thursday this week. well yesterday being Wednesday the day it was to arrive I got a call stating that there was another issue with the shipping company. they stated it was to big and they couldn't ship it. I was ok when she stated she would find someone else to ship it. She called me back shortly after that and said we was all set and they had it figured out. Well Thursday morning I got a call, they had more bad news, once again trouble shipping. They informed me that the cart was to big or not put on a pallet the way the company wanted it to ship. They said they needed to get another company but the shipping was going to cost $1600. I was floored, I informed him that I have been good and patient up to this point. He offered me $433 to have me drive from Maine to Ohio hauling a trailer and pick it up myself. I told him I couldn't pay for fuel let alone other expenses for $433 . I informed him that he would rather have an unhappy repeat customer then to be Realistic and take care of my expense. I would gladly drive there and pick it up but they would need to cover my expenses such as fuel, driving nearly 3000 miles ect. I own a equine farm in maine with 12 horses and 28 donkeys. We planned on using this cart on our farm and buying more jog carts with harnesses and other equipment to use with our donkeys and horses. In the future, I will be finding a company who keeps the word and don't waste nearly 4 months of my time. I strongly do not recommend this company!
