The bruschetta is one of my favorites; it's light and fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted while still soft inside. We also love the RCBA, Spicy Carbonara, Roma Rigatoni, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love their sauce. It's not sweet like some other Italian places. Their salads are always fresh and delicious, and my picky eater son loves their spaghetti. But since I had some recently, I decided to go with something different: the pork belly basil stir fry and OMG, it blew my mind. Amazing flavor, so much fresh Thai basil! The veggies were still crisp, the pork so tender, and such a generous portion! I haven't had something so remarkably tasty in awhile. I hope they come back to gazebo garden frequently, as I don't usually visit the other food truck hot spots.
