So a little backstory: When we moved in to our house 9 years ago, the previous owners left a clothes dryer in the laundry room. Not sure why; they took the washer but left the dryer. It worked, so we figured we would save money by keeping it. Over the years, we've had issues with the dryer but our home warranty company has managed to keep it alive. A couple years ago, the dryer was having issues so the warranty company sent out a tech from another company. The guy took forever trying to fix the issue and then after he was done, we realized there was no light inside the dryer! The guy promised to order us a replacement bulb but we really didn't want to have to make another appointment just to get the bulb replaced. So instead, we've been using the dryer without the light inside. Today, after Roy and Almighty Appliance Repair stopped by, not only was our dryer working perfectly, but Roy even replaced the light bulb without me asking him! Such a surprise to open the dryer door and have light inside!! Did a load of laundry and was surprised at how quickly the clothes dried! Guess whatever Roy did to fix our issue (he showed us a wheel thingie and a sensor) made the dryer work even better.
