We had such a great experience with Water Heater Pros from beginning to end…read more From the very first phone call, I already felt comfortable with the company. The person I spoke with was very professional, patient, and helpful. Since we were replacing our 23-year-old gas water heater, I had a lot of questions, and they were able to give me useful information right away. Steven was also wonderful to work with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and sent us several options so we could really compare and decide what was best for our home and budget. I never felt pressured. On installation day, Alberto came with the team and did a great job. We also had two other team members working on upgrading our electrical panel, and everyone was professional, respectful, and efficient. What really impressed me is that they truly mean it when they say they can install your water heater as soon as the next day! Everything happened so quickly and smoothly. It's not often that you find a company where the experience is good from the first phone call all the way through the installation. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone needing a water heater replacement. Thank you to Steven, Alberto, and the whole team!

Update: After I left the negative review, I was immediately contacted by staff at Water Heater Pros…read moreto inform me that they meant to update me that they were still waiting on a response from Navien. Long story short, I was kept up to date on the tracking information on where the part from Navien was and Steve scheduled one of his guys (Valentin, who was always polite and professional) to replace the malfunctioning front panel display and the recirculating check valve for free. It was unfortunate that good service had to come after a complaint but at least Steve and WHP made it right at the end, and that is what matters.

Eddie with Eagleview Landscaping is actually how I found Joe with The Plumbing Pros, and I'm so…read moreglad he connected us! After our main water-line repair, our water pressure suddenly became extremely low. Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. What really impressed me was that while he was there, his experience helped him spot a couple of other things I never would have known to look for. He replaced our toilet fill valve and noticed our older plastic toilet water-supply line was already showing its age and could eventually fail or burst. He replaced that with a braided stainless-steel supply line as well. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I'm definitely glad we caught these things when we did! That's why having a seasoned professional you can trust matters. Joe fixed the problem he originally came out for, but he also had the experience to recognize potential problems before they turned into bigger, more expensive ones. He explained what he was seeing, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Joe definitely earned himself a returning customer. The Plumbing Pros is officially going on my "people to call again" list! Rex Pro Tip: Joe leaves you a refrigerator magnet for $25 OFF your next repair, KEEP IT! Put it on the fridge with his number handy. And considering my house is about as prehistoric as I am, I have a feeling Joe and that little magnet may be hearing from this T-Rex again. 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex

We recommend The Plumbing Pros for any of your plumbing needs! The owner is incredibly responsive…read moreover text, making it easy to discuss scheduling and pricing. The team was very professional and detail-oriented when completing the proposed work. We appreciated their honesty, recommendations, and fair pricing (compared to other quotes for similar scope). We never felt like they were trying to upsell us before and during the repairs and water heater install. Additionally, we wanted to call out Joe in particular. My father-in-law had a major fall which resulted in a traumatic wound to the head. Joe jumped in immediately to tend to my family, provide temporary wound care, and clean up the blood on site. This was not part of the job description, but his background and kind heart prompted him to come to the rescue. Thank you, Joe, for being there to support us as a professional and a decent human!

I can't say enough good things about Paul with Access Sewer…read more After dealing with a plumbing emergency involving a sewer backup and tree root intrusion, I was overwhelmed and had received extremely high estimates from another company. It honestly felt like I was being pushed into unnecessary, very expensive work. I reached out to Paul for a second opinion, and I'm so grateful I did. From the very first conversation, Paul was kind, patient, and incredibly honest. He took the time to listen to my situation, explained everything clearly, and focused on solving the problem--not selling me something I didn't need. That alone was such a relief. Instead of pushing costly repairs, Paul worked to find the most practical and affordable solution. He truly goes the extra mile and treats you like family, not just another job. His integrity and professionalism really stand out, and it's rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry. Because of Paul, I was able to avoid thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. If you're dealing with a sewer backup, root intrusion, or any plumbing issue, I highly recommend Access Sewer. I will absolutely be using Paul for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

I can't recommend Paul and Access Sewer enough. He saved me thousands of dollars and, more…read moreimportantly, earned my trust. I had a sewer backup caused by root intrusion and initially hired another plumbing company. Their original estimate was around $5,000. On the second day, they told me a pipe ran underneath a gas line and that it would require another $3,000 in work, bringing the total to about $8,000. I called Access Sewer for a second opinion, and Paul immediately questioned whether it was actually a gas line. He recommended that I verify it with 811 and PG&E before spending the additional money. I did, and PG&E confirmed it was NOT a gas line. I canceled the original plumber and hired Paul. The difference was night and day. He used better equipment and higher-quality parts, and even discovered that work the original plumber had completed just ONE DAY earlier was already starting to fail. Paul repaired everything correctly in a fraction of the time and charged me LESS THAN HALF of what the original company was going to charge. What impressed me most was his honesty. His communication was excellent, he explained everything clearly, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. If I ever have another sewer issue, Access Sewer will be my first call. I would recommend Paul without hesitation to any friend or family member. Honest, knowledgeable, excellent workmanship, and a great value. This is exactly the type of contractor you hope to find when something goes wrong with your home.
