We had Arnie from A & B Appliance visit our home for a dishwasher repair which cost $85 for the…read morevisit (note that a prior visit was only a $65 service fee for a different appliance). Upon arrival, the dishwasher was inspected and it was determined the light inside the dishwasher was broken. More specifically, the light was hanging down from the top of the fixture. Arnie then attempted to find a replacement part, but claimed he was unable to locate one. He then left without further attempt to fix the existing part or investigate the issue more. This was poor customer service and left us without a repair. In addition, he never pulled the actual dishwasher out of its housing as part of his investigation/service. We ended up calling a friend who looked over the issue, pulled the dishwasher out, and was able to identify the root of the problem. He ordered the replacement part with ease and installed it. We do not recommend A & B Appliance Service based on our experience and forking over a $85 service fee without any resolution.
