My absolute favorite salon even before they moved from next door…read more Fell in love with builder gel nails as it's completely gel, no tips and lasts long. I found myself obsessed with how long my nails lasted between fills and often got scolded for this! However, when you come from breaking nails often to not at all, it's amazing! Elizabeth is the best at this. Not sure if Ashley is still there but she was very good too. Anyone is good to get a pedicure from. The ambiance is nice, they offer drinks and maybe cookies at times or a small snack.

I'm not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, because I understand how much they can hurt…read morea small business. However, if this review prevents even one woman from experiencing the damage I've experienced, it's worth sharing. I am now two weeks out from the installation, and this is the worst and most damaging extension installation I have ever experienced. I have loose beads throughout my hair, extensions hanging over my ears, and areas that appear to be putting excessive tension on my natural hair. This is not one isolated problem--the issues are occurring throughout the installation. I have attached photos taken two weeks after the install. I paid a significant amount of money for these extensions, but more importantly, my natural hair should not be put at risk because of an improper installation. I am especially concerned for women with fine or thin hair who may not realize something is wrong until significant damage has occurred. I originally came to this salon after my previous stylist left. I ordered approximately $2,000 worth of extensions from the owner, Jen, and specifically requested a balayage look that was a little lighter. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The extensions were ordered several shades too dark, and the order was not placed promptly, resulting in weeks of waiting. On the day of my appointment, which I had intentionally scheduled around a wedding the following day, I was told the extensions would not arrive until after 3 PM. I asked if I could come in later that day, and Jen agreed. While I was at the salon being shampooed by her assistant, Jen called me and told me she was going to be late because she had a "b*tch of a client in her chair." I later she was referring to me and had no idea she called the wrong person. I had never been rude or disrespectful to her--I had simply asked to come in later because of the scheduling issue. Despite that interaction, I proceeded with the installation. When I got home, I immediately noticed how dark the extensions were compared with what I had requested and had concerns about the installation itself. I contacted Jen, and she told me she would no longer see me as a client. Unfortunately, the problem has become much more serious than simply being unhappy with the color or customer service. I would strongly encourage anyone considering extensions here to do their research and be very cautious. Extensions are an investment, and the health of your natural hair should come first. I genuinely did not want to leave a review like this, but after seeing the condition of my hair only two weeks after the installation, I feel other clients deserve to know about my experience.

I wanted to find a new nail salon in the area, and read some really good reviews about Elegant Nail…read moreLounge. I did not have an appointment. Upon entry, I was immediately addressed and seated. A technician started on me right away. I needed my old SNS removed, and wanted new SNS. I do wish there were a larger selection of SNS colors, particularly more light shades, but nonetheless I found a color I was really pleased with. The technician took her time removing my old SNS. They use the individual foil wrap method versus the dunking your entire hand in acetone method; I was pleased with that. The nail tech took her time on all aspects of the SNS application and gave me a fabulous manicure as well. The hand/arm massage was amazing. The atmosphere is really nice. I was offered a beverage upon sitting down. I asked for water, but they do have wine should you feel so inclined. They have chandeliers which give it a fancy ambiance, and there are a good number of spa pedicure chairs. Probably the most I've seen in a salon. All in all it was a great experience, and I plan on returning when I need another new SNS set in addition to trying a pedicure. Thank you for a great first experience. I look forward to more!

Only got SNS on my nails. I love that they soak each individual nail in wrapped foil to take off old SNS polish. I prefer this method vs. putting my whole hand in a sandwich bag, rubbing my nails on a paper cloth and smelling all those fumes. 5 stars already just for the polish removal process. Good selection of colors. I'm super basic and always get some shade of pink. Lots of pinks to choose from. Liked that the nail tech didn't really talk to me until she was finished as I was watching a show on my phone. Nail tech did a really good job on cutting and shaping my nails. She also didn't grind them down so that they feel weak. Love the clean, neat look. A little pricey - $50 + I added a tip. But she did a really good job and I am quite pleased. I'm sure I'll be back to try the pedicures. The nail techs were really taking their time on the individuals getting pedicures.
