After phone calls to the office, messages left they failed to call us back. It is obvious they NO LONGER care about long time 12-year patients! We will seek our cancer screenings and skin care treatments from those who do care for the patients! Two weeks later, one of the balls fell off of my piercing unbeknownst to me, causing the whole stem to come out. I don't know how or when it fell out. I happened to see it when I went to clean it one morning. I had to re-pierce it myself and it HURT like crazy! But I refused to let it close after paying $60 for it. I'm so annoyed by this. Now I'm walking around with mismatched earrings until it fully heals but at least the hole didn't close and this is temporary. The guy who pierced my ear was friendly but may need more training.

I understand that he was probably busy but he could've at least told me he'd get back to me later. I sent him another message confronting him about being left on read and he decided to be a smart a** about it. After all that I decided to go get a tattoo from him anyway. Big mistake. I got Japanese symbols behind my ear and they were curved and humongous. Took him 10 minutes to do it and he didn't even show me the outline. After all that I decided to go back in December of 2022. I don't know why I made that stupid decision. I set up an appointment over the phone. When I got there I was told I did not have an appointment. I was so confused but they took me in anyway because they do walk ins. I showed Hector the picture of what I wanted (Love Yourz in cursive) and told him I wanted it exactly like the picture. He started tattooing my arm and again didn't show me the outline. When he got done, the tattoo didn't look anything like I asked for. Not only that but it looked like it said Love Young instead of Love Yourz. On top of that it literally took him 15 minutes. Learned my lesson. Never going back.

When I arrived, my hair had grown out and was about 4" long, except the neckline which was shorter. I came out with some hair less than1/2" long and the front/top about an inch long. Not even close to what the photo's look like and not what we discussed. She gave me a line about needing to go this short so it would grow and then we could trim the sides and back. She was hoping that I would swallow that line. I've had lots of haircuts and spoken to many stylists and I certainly knew that this person was trying to cover her butt. I figured I could live with it and paid and left. $50.00 for the worst haircut I've ever had. I believe that the stylist made a mistake and kept trying to correct it until my hair was so short she couldn't do anything more. I can't do anything with what's left but my hair grows and I will let it grow until I go to Great Clips or Supercuts where I will get a decent cut and not pay $50.00. I do not recommend Ulta because it looks like there are no experienced stylists her.

I didn't realize what a monstrosity it was until I went home and cried for hours. I waited several months before trusting someone else to "attempt" to cover it up. Just from a customer perspective, when I walk into a store especially if it's on a smaller scale, it would be nice to be greeted. But apparently the employees were too busy arguing with one another to even bother to notice customers. I really needed help but I was very hesitant about asking for anything especially after hearing them. But I decided to stay regardless. However while I was on the the aisle the hair color was on, one of the employees who I just overheard arguing, showed up on the same aisle and started stocking shelves. She did not look up nor did she ask me if I needed any help. Unfortunately, that was my cue to leave that store immediately. There's another store closer to my house that has a lot better customer service. I felt compelled to write this review, because this experience really bothered me.
