The many scents that hit my nose as soon I opened the door hit me hard, but in a good way! I, at first, thought I was in a soap store, Candlefish is at the north end of Ponce City Market close to the parking lot. It's a nice, open, bright space, with welcoming and friendly employees. After I realized that it was multiple various candle scents that I was smelling at the same time, a smiling employee came to me, and told me to let her know if I needed any help and if she could help me find anything. I told her that I was just looking. After picking up a variety of candles, such as mimosa, pina colada, Bloody Mary, and others, and smelling each of them, the candles started smelling similar. Not that they actually did smell similar, it's just that the scents throughout the store were just overwhelming me. This was my queue to leave. I will most likely be back to take a closer look at what Candlefish has. The store smelled really nice.

It is blatantly obvious who they prefer to shop here as I have had a few black females enter this location to be all but completely ignored. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. They said they some 4x5 rolls of cow hay at $40 dollars a roll and some at $90 a roll. I went with the cheaper one and that was a mistake. I looked pretty bad, but I was hoping it would get me through the week till I could located a new source. Nope, cows want eat this junk,,,, it should listed and sold as mulch hay,,,its not fit for cows or goats. I could understand if I bought this from some random farm dude off market place but to buy this at a farm store should be a crime. They know its junk and should have gotten rid of it last year.
