She understood that I didn't cancel it myself nor did there appear to be an obvious reason that it got cancelled. Anyways, I was able to get the products I had ordered at the Sunday sale price. Alex was very very nice, pleasant to talk to and we had a couple of laughs. Thank you Alex. Today, I stopped in again to pick up some "lavender" products. I couldn't find what I was looking for but the two employees were very helpful. Again, I was able to get what I was looking for. The young lady was able to activate my email coupon and she taught me how to use ApplePay!!!! Great customer service. Thank you!!!

The scents don't smell as unique anymore and lot of the scents that I use to like have been discontinued. Around the holidays especially it was a great gift to give one of their holiday scent lotions along with a couple of small bottles of lotions or bath wash as a gift. But now so many places sell scented lotions. William Sonoma even has it.... Update 7/5/21 I…read morereturned to the Bath & Body Works in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their semi-annual clearance sale. They had lots of items marked down 50 to 75%. Both times I visited the store, Jonathan greeted me, gave me a shopping bag and offered to answer any questions I had. This last time, after I collected my items to purchase, I approached the registers but the cashier was in the middle of ringing up a very large purchase. Apparently she had started ringing up the customer and then the customer walked away to grab more items. While I understand, it's a little annoying when this happens. Nevertheless, I walked back through the store trying to kill time until the cashier was ready again. I then bumped into Sarah who asked if I needed any help. She was very friendly and supportive. I told her I was ready to check out but the register was tied up with a customer who was still shopping. Sarah jumped into action and told me that she could help me check out. Not only did she help me, but she also gave me some complimentary cellophane bags and decorative ties in order for me to give some of the items as gifts. So, based upon my experience with Jonathan and Sarah, I'll definitely return to the Bath & Body Works store in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their future sales.
