I would suggest going elsewhere. I had an uneventful first experience, but my second experience was not good. The decals on the rear were placed in the wrong spot, and the web addresses on the sides of the vehicle are split lengthwise along the bottom seam of the doors. You guys, c'mom! I came to Kolor Werx with a print from a different vendor (Fast Signs). The artwork from Fast Signs wasn't in the box. Kevin had been provided with the artwork via email. He was out of town when I had the actual work done and the artwork never made it to the job. The employee installing the wrap called me at one point mentioning he was having some difficulty with a part of the install, but said nothing about the missing artwork. I learned later that they looked up similar wraps on the internet to help out. I own a franchise, so there were some examples on the internet... decent try, but no dice! After all was said and done, I called Kevin to try to work something out. Unfortunately he became heated and defensive before any solution could be reached. The $100 discount he gave me was not worth the stress, or the poor attention to detail. I really was hoping to figure out an amicable solution, but the conversation didn't make it that far. When he threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay his invoice, I knew it was time to cut my losses with this tough guy ; ) It's only a wrap and life goes on. I had Kevin put on the Bumble Bee stripes on the front of my 1967 Camaro. He did a great job on it. I highly recommend this place.

Since our van is not only moving advertising, but the backdrop for many events I go to during the year, we took our time looking for a company who could do quality work. So I was a little skeptical when Kolor-Werx came in with the lowest bid. So I called a few of the companies who they had done work for in the past. All of them were glowing in their reviews of Andy and Kevin. Then I had 2 other companies give me unsolicited recommendations. That made me comfortable in going to have our new wrap done. I can honestly say that we made the right choice. They first noticed that our photos for the graphics were not quite correct and had they printed them out, the photos would have been heavily pixalated. So they worked with our advertising company and rectified it. I came back a few hours later at their invitation and watched part of the process. I was surprised at a few things. 1) They removed taillights, reflectors, door handles and more off of our van, so there was no "cut and pasting" to diminish the look or integrity of the vinyl wrap. 2) Instead of spending more money on a wrap designed for our type of vehicle (a Dodge Sprinter), they were able to make the proper cuts here to keep the look perfect without hurting the quality of the final product. (There is a difference between point 1 and 2. Trust me.) 3) To this day, if I stop in to see them, they will go over the van and do touch ups. Overall, you get what you pay for when you have a car wrapped. At Kolor-Werx, I found I got excellent service for a fair price. You will find others who will offer a lower price. But I promise you will not find a company that does a better job and offers better satisfaction. It has been over a year and I still have people come up and offer compliments on Andy & Kevin's work. We shopped around for before deciding to go with Kolor werx. Not only were wee looking for a quality job, but also a great price and people who care. We found just what we were looking for. We got the first 2 buses wrapped in January and when we got the new bus in June, we brought him straight to Kolor werx. You have NO idea how much the decals have transformed our business- the outside of he vehicles truly represent what we are all about. Kolor werx is committed to doing great work- the buses look SO good! They are head spinning! The only thing I would suggest- since they are busy- make sure they are ready to work on your vehicle before you bring it in. We had to bring a bus, then pick it up for the weekend and bring it back because they didn't have time to complete the project- and they"re located far out in north portland. I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service, professionalism & work done in agreed upon time. We dealt with Kevin on our race car that we were looking to have a custom wrap done on. Kevin was so excited as he stated this was his passion. My husband dropped off before we went out of town per their agreement, so it could be done the following week when we returned. Kevin stated that he would put together the art work in the next couple days and email it over. Couple days went by and no calls, emails or communication. When we did get a hold of Kevin, he said sorry he got tied up on a big job, that those jobs are his "bread and butter" making it clear that our job was not a priority. He said he would get to us as soon as possible. Again another couple days and nothing. No response from text messages etc. In the end we ended up having to have someone pick up our car not done. Kevin also fired up and moved our race car after he stated he would push it. If he needed to fire it up, he should have called. Its not a normal car to drive. I would highly recommend that if you want communication, good customer service and want to feel like you matter, then you should go somewhere else. read more

I would avoid this business. There are others. I can't speak to the graphic design services, however, I can speak to their customer service and professionalism. Customer service and professionalism is next to zero, they did not provide digital artwork proof prior to installation, and they decided to add a decal I didn't ask for right on the hood of the vehicle. That is the main reason I am writing this review. Phone calls always go to voicemail and emails are ignored. When they do respond to emails, their responses are sparse, unclear, and vague. Even with the artwork complete and provided, it took these guys over a month to coordinate an installation because its difficult to reach these people. read more
