When I had brought it back home the door handles were not working and you had to push in on the door really hard to open it and the seat belt sensor was broke. Secondly I tried leaving it outside and when I went out the next day there was rain all inside of it. That was all from the seal that they never fixed on the recall they had for it. Lastly I had brought it back after trying to fix the handle and it not working and when it came back it was still the same, both the seal and the handles broken and leaking . Then it was brought back again where it stayed there for a month and two weeks and when it was returned the handles worked and the seal was still leaking because they never sealed it properly again!! They did fix the seat belt issue and the handles after a very long time. Hopefully they send someone to fix it like they said.

The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

Mo, the owner, says he's only making a $196 off the bike. Then says forget about it, it's not going to change my life whether you buy it or not. I did not try to aggressively negotiate and was being nice. But after his attitude I said if you're going to be a dick YOU can forget about it. If you're looking for good customer service when purchasing a bike, this doesn't seem like the place. We are members of their rider group, and when I was finally ready to trade in my Sportster for the Dark Horse, Greg once again came through for us in pricing and service. My husband was going to trade in his Roadmaster and worked on some financing, but then fell in love with an ICON on an out of state trip and they were able to beat the price -so guess what? I ended up with the bike he thought he was getting from Rollin Fast since the deal was already in the works. Since then, we've purchased two other bikes privately. Once the Gilroy is running, that will make four bikes in our home and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else for service. What I appreciate most is that Greg and John never make you feel bad about your purchases or for trying to do your own work. They both share their knowledge and help steer you in the best direction. The shop is usually busy, but when we have problems John always calls back within about 24 hours and since they know we ride often, they do their best to keep us on that road. All the techs are friendly and as a woman it's really important to me that they never talk down to me -they all just want to share the love of bikes and keep you safe. Really appreciate Rollin Fast's sales and service.

They have much skin in the game and they do it all their own way for nearly 20 years. They will custom build certain parts and custom paint and tune your ride. They consult during the build process. They offer advice according to each rider's needs all at a reasonable price. A user on here by the name of Tony M has it all wrong regarding his review of this dealership. Yes they may not be able to get to everyone all of the time. But two things at play here. Firstly, they are a family owned business. Two brothers and one wife manage the ENTIRE operation wearing many hats with two mechanics in the back working on Polaris off-road, victory and Indian motorcycles and other vehicles. Secondly, like I said before one of the owners handles the custom bikes besides everything else he does. So time for them is at a premium. Tony M you simply don't appreciate what that dealership is and what they do. On the subject of race your comments are entirely off base, unwarranted and tasteless. A wife of one of the owners is Central American.... I speak Spanish with her! The owners speak another language as their parents are from another country. So please leave the race thing out if it lest you get a lawsuit. Especially today!!! So until you can run a business like a powersports dealership then your criticism (aside from your unwarranted comment on race) is best left ignored. Better yet...... when you are ready to get a motorcycle (most people are tire kickers) go back there and see what they can do for you and they'll have the class to do business with you despite your remarks and excel in such service. They actually care! They care about the product they sell and the service they provide. Most who give a below average rating are people who complain for the sake of complaining. Not sure if I can say anything that hasn't already been said but in short, if you need any…read moresuspension work/adjustment done for your bike, I can't recommend this place enough. My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on!
