Our menu consisted of a citrus salad, roasted vegetables, bang bang shrimp, pesto orzo with chicken medallions and 3 desserts - chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and creme brule cheesecake. His display pieces were so tasteful and his artistic way of presenting the food made it look absolutely delectable! His mobile kitchen is extremely quiet and amazing. He arrives, cooks the food fresh at the venue, and then creates the presentations however you desire. Chef Vlad's charming personality made him an absolute pleasure to collaborate with throughout the year of wedding planning. He is very understanding and listens well. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The chicken marsala lacked flavor as well and came with an overwhelming amount of pasta, which i suppose some would be happy about. The califlower crust was pretty good and the amount of toppings made up for the missing herbs, salt and maybe garlic in the sauce? Overall it was underwhelming.
