Writing to thank you Kevin,…read more My family was blown away by your fantastic spread and overall performance at my son's wedding at "The Museum of Arts & Sciences" in Daytona Beach. You were calm and professional the whole night you took time to personally meet, greet and shake hands with the key members of both families. Your pre-dinner Cocktail Hour was spectacular and well served... Perfectly tailored to an American-Spanish union. Everyone was saying how over the top it was. Then, the dinner buffet setup was "to die for". The variety and quality were "5 Star" all the way, well presented and well received. You and your staff came early and stayed late and over delivered. I am in my Sixty's now and have been to many weddings and many catered events but this one was the one to judge all others by. The best part of the whole experience was the price. My heart was warmed when my son told me how you worked with him on the price after he told you about the limited budget and said that they want wanted keep shopping around. You were very graceful in you action and commitment and still delivered way above and beyond what was expected. I can't honor you enough, you're the best! Thank you very much for who you are and how you are! Glenn P DeRosa

The previous caterers I spoke with couldn't give me ideas! I was shocked. But Tracy knew exactly what I wanted and made perfect suggestions! The food was delicious, the chicken salad on petite croissants was excellent. Then she had two other finger sandwiches of egg salad on marbled pumpernickel and Ricotta and cucumber on wheat that were also excellent. We had penne pasta salad with roasted tomatoes, asparagus and artichokes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a chopped Romain salad with blueberries, grapes and goat cheese with a lemon vinaigrette that was soooo yummy. Even though this was a very small luncheon with only 15 people, the quality was still superb. I couldn't have been happier and I am very picky. I would highly suggest Tracy and Bennetts Catering for your event's catering needs.

She was willing to come to our home before we even hired her to see the space, which was very important to us. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.

I'll admit to being nervous about pasta since it can be gummy or off when served buffet style, but these folks are pros! The pastas were all the perfect consistency and had great flavor. The meat sauce was amazing. Very flavorful without being over the top. The chicken was tender and had great flavor. I will admit to not eating the salad or bread, but everyone seemed to enjoy it. The hors d'oeuvres were phenomenal. I enjoyed the asparagus wrapped with ham, but their artichoke parmesan trumpets were out of this world! All of our guests were commenting on how tasty everything was. We chose not to have a head table and kept mingling with our guests. Their fantastic wait staff plated us up appetizers and made sure we had the opportunity to eat. A little later in the evening, my husband and I were approached separately by servers offering to make us up plates to ensure we got to enjoy the food. They took such good care of us! The rates were very fair, and they provided beautiful linens and took care of the plates, flatware, and glasses. If we had a bigger budget and the opportunity to do it all over again, we'd still choose Amber's Jewel! The food was amazing, but ultimately, the owners' and staff's caring and professional demeanor was what won our hearts!
