Usually customers won't have an issue when places put less ice and more of the drink, but ironically I actually think Gong Cha puts too little ice. Especially during this 100 degree summer, I remember getting a drink from them and it took all but two minutes under the sun for all the ice to melt. The drink itself isn't cold enough in my opinion, but nonetheless I still enjoy coming here, alternating between this chain and Bambu nearby. The store isn't too large, and if it gets crowded it will be hard to find seating.
