Food is really good and lots of it. Very small restaurant just a couple of tables but cute atmosphere with the anime wallpaper. The Teriyaki Chicken is great although the teriyaki steak was kind of fatty. Excellent fried rice, and the meal comes with stirfry vegetables so all around good meal. read more

The food is always good and when ordering they have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes always hot and the staff is always nice

My wife and I are new to the area and decided to try Koi for dinner tonight. The building is nothing special. The insde is clean, but again, nothing special. Service was quick and friendly. My wife ordered Crab Rangoon as a starter and I had an eggroll. The Crab Rangoon was delicious. All made in house. The eggroll was good and the asked for extra horseradish mustard was outstanding. For our main meals, my wife had the General Tso. It was good, but not much spice. Waitress later informed we can always ask for it to be spicier as they get too many that say it is too spicey if they spice it to their liking. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken. It was delicious. Informed that they marinade the chicken in the sauce overnight for the next day. Again, delicious. Portions were very generous. Prices were very reasonable. Don't worry about getting a smaller portion on the Combo Meal menu. It is still a large portion. Both my wife and I had to ask for boxes to bring home our leftovers. All in all, a very nice dinner experience and we will definitely return again. read more

Ugh. The food had no flavor! We ordered three different combination plates and after a few bites we all looked at each other like, "you taste nothing, right? It's not just me?" Really disappointing. After adding a nice dose of our our own soy and/or hoisin sauce, it was palatable enough to fill our bellies, but no one was happy about it. Do you know how disappointing it is to not be excited for your Chinese food leftovers the next day? Unfortunately, most of them made it to the trash. Insert sad face emoji. For reference, the dishes we orders were: -Beef Lo Mein -General Tso's chicken -Shrimp Lo Mein -various rices, various egg rolls The staff were also not very friendly. I ordered this as takeout and when I entered the restaurant there were two tables of people dining in. It was a small joint, but not packed, by any means. I waited almost five minutes before being acknowledged by anyone, and then it kind of just felt like I was an inconvenience. I really wanted to like this place, but I don't think we have a reason to try again. read more

This place is fantastic! Small and family oriented. Staff is very friendly. Sushi bar if you want. Sushi is great and the choice of Chinese if you desire . Could not ask for a better local restaurant. read more

I like the lunch specials but wish the customer service was nicer. Angry if you need a fork for your to go. Angry if you can't hear what she asked quietly while facing away from you. Seems to dislike customers who are new and have hearing troubles. I may be back but will be braced for an unwanted side of 'tude. read more

Food is usually good, however, the customer service is horrid. Order Seafood Chow Mein, I'll insert the definition: Chow mein is a Chinese dish made from stir-fried noodles with vegetables and sometimes meat or tofu. Over the centuries, variations of chǎomiàn were developed in many regions of China; there are several methods of frying the noodles and a range of toppings can be used. Returned home to find a soupy, cabbage filled mess of a seafood dish. Imagine you went into your dishwasher, dug out from the bottom food trap a hand full of cheap imitation seafood, mixed with the water that gets stuck in the hose connected the dishwasher to the water. Anyway, I called and spoke to someone and they tried explaining to me that the "chow mein" noodles were actually the cabbage. I said there is no way this dish is chow mein. She insisted. Then I talked to another lady. She kept telling me it's my fault because I ordered online I said every other chow mein dish I've ever had, had noodles. "No that's Lo Mein", I said "No, I know the difference between chow mein and lo mein. Kept telling me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do for me. I've been going to this restaurant for years and never treated like this. All I wanted was a noodle dish... read more

Always customer focused, good food and reasonable priced. Call in and pick up is also a win.

Been here a few times over the past couple of years. I was here on a Sunday at noon. The place was empty. Service was fast and friendly. They were happy to adjust my order for my spoiled tastes. My order itself was hot and had good flavor. It's a good Choice for Asian cuisine . For this area I do recommend this place. read more

While the people there are incredibly nice, the food was not good at all. The chicken was mushy and the sushi was not fresh. Sorry to the owner. You are a very nice lady but I hope you can improve the food quality :( read more

Have eaten Sushi here several times over the past year. The Men in Black roll is a favorite. Also like the sushi and sashimi orders. Haven't tried the Chinese dishes, but the sushi is on par with anything I've had in this area. Not much on ambience but the service is good. Would recommend. read more

The service is great. And the food is also great. The ambiance is also great. All the things about this place is great 5 stars

I like this Chinese restaurant. Their chicken with broccoli with garlic sauce is good; my sister likes their shrimp dishes as well.

Good prices and delicious food! My daughter loves their sushi. Always fresh. The service is quick, restaurant clean, and staff is courteous.

We ordered takeout; I can't comment on the service. The general tso chicken has a rather cheap, unpleasant texture; it's also saltier than it should be and not as sweet as expected. Also it is NOT spicy; it's not even remotely spicy but rather entirely mild, not even borderline medium; so ignore the review that says it is spicy. The broccoli wasn't fresh/crisp tasting either. No crunchy noodles or anything extra came with the meal. In all fairness, I've had worse, but I wouldn't bother with it again. Being a last minute Christmas order, I was anticipating good food from the reviews, but I can't say that I saw nor tasted what any of the other reviewers found special. read more

Inconsistent. Asian fusion and sushi in the middle of no where. What do we expect? So go there with low expectations and you should be alright. Except one time we order $150 worth of food and when I arrived to pick it up, they lost my order....hopefully that doesn't happen. read more

Good Chinese food. Like the shrimp dishes Anna the wonton soup. Egg rolls are very good too!

Fantastic food and great selection. Something for everyone, from sushi to sesame chicken. We had the koi platter which included spring rolls, dumplings, crab Rangoon, teriyaki chicken, fried shrimp and a sweet/sour sauce. Everything in the platter appeared and tasted freshly made. We then had Miso soup, a few special rolls, a couple typical rolls like California and Philly and then the kids had sesame chicken and brown rice. Everything was done very well and delicious. Even the brown rice was nice and fluffy and tasty. Glad there's a great Asian restaurant so close to the lake. read more

Outstanding food and staff! I've eaten here multiple times and have never been disappointed with anything i've tried. The sushi is the best i've ever eaten and the menu has an excellent selection. I highly recommend this restaurant! You will not go hungry and there is plenty to choose from! Love this restaurant!!! read more

We order from Koi frequently and for good reason. They are consistent, and the sushi is some of the best around. Delicious and they always get our order right!! read more

This place was okay. Nothing more nothing less. This rating is based on my preference. I'm not a big fan of Chinese food so I was looking forward to see what other Asian food they had to offer. Hence Asian fusion. There wasn't many non Chinese options. I got the teriyaki chicken which is similar to hibachi. It was good, very sweet. Fair portion. My daughter got the chicken fried rice, very bland. My fiancé got sushi, spicy yellow tail and tune roll. Fish was fresh and overall tasty. Though we didn't try much it seems this food is Americanized. That isn't an insult just not the authentic flavors were use to therefore I rated it a 3. The Services was good. Prices were fair for the portions. It's definitely better looking on the inside then the outside and we did not let that deter our decision to go because we find those to be the best type of places. I wouldn't steer anyone away from this place, it just wasn't for us. read more

Excellent food! Everything was very fresh - both sushi and the lunch special. I highly recommend.

Good small town Asian food and sushi. Lunch and dinner specials are a great deal. Dated inside decor. They are only allowing take-out and some delivery at this time. Marketing is mostly by word of mouth. read more

Very nice place. Good food. Good price. Small so go on off peak hours if you do not want to wait for a table to open up. read more

Koi Asian Restaurant - Nice big portions - Asian Fusion Near Me - East Berlin, Pennsylvania

When they first opened the food was great. Quality is going downhill over the last 6-8 months. The young waitress has the worst attitude in the world. My daughter arrived at 9 pm on a Saturday night, they close at 10:30 pm. Her attitude was so bad I wanted to just leave. I took my employees there for lunch today, LoMein was good, fried rice was not good, neither of my employees finished there meals. Same great waitress with her wonderful attitude took care of us. Should not take over an hour for lunch. read more

My daughter and I always do the take out and it is always done and ready in about 15 minutes. Never had a complaint about anything one time they subed something they ran out of and have a little extra for it. Sushi is amazing also! I recommend it! read more

Great service, good food, best sushi I've had around the area. My parents got the fried rice and that was just as good. Definitely recommend this place, I think they also do take out. I suggest trying the sunset blv. roll! read more

Great food, great staff, the sushi is by far the best locally. This is definitely my go to when I'm craving sushi. When im not going for the sushi I recommend General Tso chicken it is fantastic. Always crispy and not over sauced. Whether you choose to dine in or take out, this should be your Asian food destination when in the area. read more

Good food, fast and friendly. I'm so happy to have this restaurant in East Berlin! Go there! You'll LOVE it!

I've only had take-out from here but it's bar-none the best Chinese food I've ever had. Their fried dumplings - which I've had everywhere, including China & Singapore - are absolutely PERFECT. Friendly staff & fair prices too. Planning to go for sit-down lunch soon and will update with more details. read more

This is a very good Chinese and Japanese restaurant. I am not a big sushi eater so I couldn't tell you about that but their General Tsos Chicken is wonderful!!! It's actually spicy like it's supposed to be :-)! By far the best I have had. I have a hard time eating at other Chinese restaurants because they don't come that close! Very fresh and tasty. I also always get the Koi platter as an appetizer because it gives you a little bit of things...crab rangoons are good!!! read more

This place isn't much to look at from the outside, but it is much nicer on the inside! The staff was friendly and most of the food we had was really good! Do not get the bourbon chicken it was terrible, but the general tso's was great! read more

Perry good deal for the price but I asked for spicy mayonnaise with my order, was told okay, confirmed I wanted it on the side and did not receive it. Slightly disappointed but I got 12 pieces of sushi for $8 and it was 2 different kinds. read more

Having an Asian restaurant in our small town is a blessing, but for them to be as great as they are?? You couldn't ask for more! Sushi, classic Chinese-Japanese dishes, wonderful desserts, and great service every time I've been in there, which is about 50 times since they opened. You couldn't ask for a better place to open in your small town! Visit there if you get the chance! read more

This has become one of our favorite restaurants because of the delicious food. Scallion pancakes, cold sesame noodles, and the Eastern Garden sushi roll are frequent orders along with sushi as part of the Luncheon Special. For $11.00 you can get 3 rolls, miso soup and salad with a great dressing. What a deal! Love this place. read more

Great Asian restaurant with a good variety on the menu. Sushi chef was awesome! You get so much food that you will have plenty to take home to enjoy later. We have eaten here at least 5 times and the food has been consistently good. read more

Great customer service they will talk to you and make you feel like they know you. They fit very well with the community which surprised me! The food is delicious, I believe they make most of it from scratch there and it tastes super fresh. Something we had was a bit spicy for my liking and they said next time let them know and they will customize it for you. Where else can they do that? Prices are great for the amount of food! We usually share it among 3 adults or multiple meals. The portions are big for take out and might even be bigger if you dine in. We will no longer be running to Dover for Chinese, they are far better. read more

We have always been pleased with our meals from Koi. The dining room is small, but we usually get ours to go. Serving sizes are so large that we make two meals out of one. read more

Service was terrible. Cashier had an attitude and I couldn't even chew my tuna sashimi. I didn't even want to give one start. It's expensive to throw away $60 worth sushi because you can't chew it. When I complained management couldn't care less. read more
