Such a shame I loved this kohls, but today's visit was awful. This store is an absolute mess. Fitting rooms filled with clothes, no size variety for items on display, low stock in all departments and the entire store looks like a war zone. I can tell it's a staffing issue, there's only a handful of people working and they are so friendly but overwhelmed. I wanted to shop in store and not online but this was frustrating. The quality of the kohls exclusive brands has declined and dramatically risen in price as well. read more

An employee by the name of Nita was extremely rude to my black friend when we were shopping at Sephora. I also noticed that she has little respect for her hard working co-workers. A beauty team leader should not be acting this way. Kohl's needs management revision. I just visited this store and I am shocked at the absolute mess almost every department is in. I've been shopping at this Kohl's for years and I've never seen it look this way before. I realize they recently renovated however the renovation has been done for a while now and there is no excuse for the disaster that is in every aisle. I literally had to move things out of the way to get by or pick up items so that someone wouldn't fall and break their neck. The entire store is a lawsuit waiting to happen. And speaking of the renovation the changes that were made, aside from adding Sephora, do not make any sense. The departments are now laid out in such a confusing way. I couldn't even find the juniors department at all. I'll never return to this store as I can just as easily shop online and not risk a fall or crashing into merchandise around every corner. You would think with Covid they would at least try to keep things clean but sadly that is most definitely not the case here! read more

This Kohl's location is definitely one of the better ones in the area. They always seem to be stocked with a lot of variety and sizes of what I am looking for. I never really have any problems at checkout and the lines aren't too bad. If you go during busy season like Christmas or sometimes on the weekends obviously it gets packed and the lines are long, but they usually go pretty quick. A lot of times if there is a coupon promotion going on, the cashier will scan it for you even if you don't have it with you. The only complaint I have about this place is the shoe department could be a little better. Other than that, this Kohl's location is perfect for finding everything that I need. read more

I buy everything from Kohls. Generally I like them, I mean, 5 star like them. I found this Kohls cause I am work traveling and needed socks and underwear. I am allergic to the hotel laundry soap. I had a look at their coats, and I found one like the women wear in the city.....I packed my pretty purple bubble coat which is fine for Kansas City, not here. The coat was only 44$, and I am more than pleased with it. I asked if Kohls ships to my home, I got the answer, "Only if you buy at the kiosk." "Where's the kiosk?" I asked. "Over there," the tired clerk replied. I looked and there wasn't a kiosk. And I didn't buy the coat from the kiosk. I bought it from the register. Previously, I had looked all around the store. I couldn't find the customer service. The selection wasn't as polished as my local kohls store. The employees were tired, no one around to help. I had to look everywhere to find the coats. The aisles didn't seem well marked. Every coat was on a different sized hanger. I love what I bought. Love love love, but this Kohls can do better. read more

The only reason l'm giving a 2 star review is because the place is not bad but there is a worker there that has no manners, if you see a short hair blonde older cashier avoid her at all cost.I had a few encounters with her in the pass but yesterday her behavior was even worse. She was condescending, rude and she rushed me when there wasn't even a line, it felt like she didn't want to take care of me, when I was only making a simple payment on my Kohls account. she has no kind of customer service skills, I dont believe she realizes how rude she is. I'm a100% sure she does the same to other customers because she did the same thing to my fiance which stopped going to that place because of her.I guess management hasn't made her aware of how poorly she treats customers. read more

Lines are always long, never have anything stocked right or organized, and the cashiers are incompetent. They take so long, always have problems, and there's only ever like two people working. Forced to go here because I don't know of any other Kohl's nearby. Changing this review a bit because I feel like I should say at least it is clean and they sell quality items. read more

I had a horrible interaction at this location I tried to file a complaint on this page but it wouldn't let me. I've been returning my Amazon packages at Kohl's in Florida for months even when I have to return for other people and they always do separate receipts. I had the associate named Bria or Brea- she didn't have her name badge and she ripped my receipt because I had supposed received 2 Kohl's cash and I wasn't allowed even when it's for 2 people. Was very rude and I'm confused how she even has a job. I had a box and she said I need to take it meanwhile the other lady said that she was able to take it but she didn't want to. The managers apologize for her and said that they do a differently and Jersey and basically mocked me as if I was lying. This location is probably the worst one I've ever been to. It's not even the moral of the five dollars is a fact that she ripped it without consulting me it's my receipt. read more

Kohl's has some great deals sometimes but I usually end up leaving the store. Why you ask? Because there will be a line of people waiting to pay and they will only have one or two registers open! I usually get frustrated and leave. This has happened several times so I usually will only shop there when most people are at work and not on the weekends. read more

Your Philippines support staff dropped the ball today. I made an order online that tracking showed had been delivered a week ago. Since then I have wasted many hours talking over the phone, texting over chat, and trips to the post office. This whole process of a lost shipment has been very frustrating. I decided not to continue a new order today. If my lost order is found, I will be returning it to the store. Once refunded I will be closing my Kohl's charge account. read more

Con: departments always being relocated, hard to make this a short shopping trip since you're always looking for a department. I recently went to Kohls in Wayne, NJ in which I had a disagreement with a manager, Melissa. I have a $15 reward certificate, which means I spent $250 for the certificate. It expired on 1/31/16, and today is 2/1/16.. So it is a day expired. Melissa refused to be any assistance to me whatsoever. I was told the coupon is not reissued, I just completely lose it. As a retail manager and long time associate, I know that if Melissa wanted to help, she can. She provided no other assistance even after I showed that I was very upset and eventually just walked away. I immediately called corporate in which they told me the store can redeem the coupon until 10 days after it expires. I understand and respect store policies highly but am very upset that this manager could not assist a loyal Kohls member for years. Kohls has always been a favorite store of mine that I've spent thousands at but after this experience I am going to pay my charge off and never come back. Like I said, as a manager of retail, Melissa did not react properly to this situation, especially if the customers happiness is supposed to be important. read more

I am a loyal Kohls customer and frequently shop there. I went to the Kohl's location in Wayne,NJ to buy a watch. I went to the jewelry department and had to ask your employee, DIANE to assist me. She immediately seemed very disinterested. There was one watch on the counter and I called my sister-in-law over to look at the watch. DIANE immediately snatched the box away before I even had a chance to look at the watch. When I asked her for her reasoning she did not say anything. She treated me as if I was going to steal this watch. She then proceeded to help another Caucasian customer next to me. I am highly dissatisfied with this appalling service and will be taking my business somewhere else from now on. Diane needs to be trained in diversity and how to deal with customers. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed. This is not how customers should be treated. The store is always crowded and lines snake around the store even though only a few registers are open. read more
