What's best, is she suggests outfits that I would never think of trying and I feel like a million dollars in what I land up buying. As soon as my daughter was done paying, Sabine, who, up until that point had been nice enough, suddenly changed up her attitude and began to berate my daughter, who was wearing a mask. She demanded to know why my daughter was still wearing a mask, in fact her exact words were, "You're still wearing a mask. Why?" When my daughter explained her reasons for still wearing a mask, (not that she needed to explain herself), Sabine started to say it's probably because my daughter was a foreigner, "I know foreigners like to wear masks," were Sabine's words. For the record, we are not foreigners. We may not be white, but my family and I are American citizens, my children were born and raised in the US. My daughter told Sabine clearly that she was not a foreigner, and that she was born and raised in this country, to which Sabine replied, "Well, I guess you don't have an accent." My daughter walked out of the store shocked at the ridiculously racist comments she had just be subjected to from a store she had just supported with her business. We are still in shock! In the wake of all the attacks on members of the Asian American community, I do not feel safe letting my friends and family of color go near this shop which is owned by a woman who is blatantly racist and intolerant. I recommend that all people of color stay away from this shop.

I bought a pair of earrings worth about 2.4k through TRR's New Jersey consignment store, and the shipment was handled by UPS. When the package arrived in my country, it was flagged by Customs due to an incorrect declared value. Instead of 200+ tax, I am being charged 2+k, because the value of the earrings was declared at 24k instead of 2.4k I have contacted TRR multiple times over two weeks, often during US business hours, which unfortunately fall in the middle of the night where I live. Despite this effort, the responses were extremely unhelpful. I was repeatedly told to "go back to UPS," even though UPS did not provide the declared value and cannot amend it without the shipper's instruction. TRR promised to correct the declaration, but no correction was actually made. This left me stuck going back and forth between TRR and UPS, with neither taking responsibility for resolving an error that I did not cause. UPS could not clarify who exactly provided the incorrect customs declaration beyond "TRR", and told me to go back to TRR. Customs also informed me that I cannot pay the duties first and claim later. The declaration error must be corrected by TRR, as they arranged the shipment and provided the declared value. As a customer, this has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially from a company that deals in luxury goods and international shipments, where accurate customs documentation should be standard practice. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

It's packed with unique clothes, designer bags and tons of gifts. You can also pick up anything from socks, candles, mugs and coasters to baby clothes, beanies, dish wear and serving spoons. My mom loves coming here for my Christmas gifts and I am never anything less than overjoyed. Not that I am ungrateful, but I am pretty picky with clothes and I'd say I am tough to shop for. Man does that feel good to get off my chest. Some of my favorite finds/gifts throughout the years have been a Rebecca Minkoff bag and sweater and a few really unique pieces of jewelry. I've been coming here since I was in high school so the actual is a lot longer than that. Most of their stuff is on the pricier side but they do have occasional sales so maybe keep an eye out for one of their holiday markdowns or sample sales. I stop in when I am back in town every once in a while and don't always end up buying something but love just looking around. The owner is sweet and helpful and now that they have a new location, the dressing room is really comfortable. Stop in and look around. Now that the holiday season is fast approaching, you might see some great finds for gifts.

Their pieces were unique and beautiful. We then proceeded to go around to all the shops in Edison. We didn't find the same quality except at Sajda, but those very 4x the price. So we went back to make an appt at Khajana for the next day but they said we had to do it online. So we made it online (there is a $35 charge for the appt). When we came to our appt, they didn't have it in the system and they weren't very welcoming at that point but we showed that we did pay so they helped us and we ended up buying 4 pieces. I think their selection is one of the best in Edison but they could have overall been more warmer and more friendly is my only feedback. I think they were more friendly once they knew we were buying but it would have been nice to be received that way from the start.
