Generally speaking, Kohl's isn't my favorite of this style of store. I'm much more interested in TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. I think Kohl's appeals more to the middle aged and parents with children. This location is probably 75% clothing. Women's, men's, and children's. Lots of brand names - I especially notice a lot of Nike, Adidas, and Levi's. In the back is a good selection of bedding, linens, and some home decor items. As you move into the far corner, there's a huge toy section. Alongside that, a sizable rack of greeting cards and gift wrap. There's even a tiny electronics section - I've never seen that before at one of these stores. If you know how these stores work, you expect to find good stuff well discounted. That's not always the case though, in my opinion. It surprises me, but they do a lot of business here. I've also found some sweet finds here a time or two. It makes a great last minute gift shopping stop where you may find something for everyone. read more

a while ago i had "help" from a woman named nancy who was supposed to be a "manger" but she couldn't take the time to actually help me. she was short tempered and very rude to me. she cut me off multiple times and was disrespectful. im disappointed in the service i received and i will not be going back to that location again. read more

This store has been going downhill for quite some time. Most departments looked like a bomb just dropped, with clothing scattered around on racks and shelves rather that displayed in a neat orderly fashion. Lately, stock has also been lacking (right size, wrong color; right color, wrong size). But today, they managed to top all of that. Given that they don't have a decent selection in most items, they of course did not have the socks I wanted. I decided I'd order them through the kiosk. Unfortunately, neither of the kiosks in the building worked. Therefore my only option was to go home and order them online and either pay for shipping ($8.95!!!! for a pair of socks) or order them and have them sent to the store for later pickup. This store is cutting corners so much that their equipment doesn't even work anymore. I wonder how long until the store closes its doors for good. read more

This place is even more trashy than I could ever imagine. They begged me to write a review, then apparently didn't like my honesty and removed it. So I will outlet here; where Kohl's shouldn't be allowed to remove it. Nearly all Kohl's stores are a nightmare, from the parking lot, to the stupid carts, to the cashier lines, and finally the disastrous return area. Everything is over priced, unless you manage to use you Kohl's cash (during the 3 day allowable window). Or one of their other super special criteria. Kohl's is just a horrible store and will never willingly go in there again. read more

I was in the store an hour in the men's department trying on suits. I don't know if they have sales people in the department or not but I found everything I needed. I was not in a rush and was able to take my time.when I got up to the register the cashier looked new but all my life I've worked in retail and she was good. The manger came over to help her with something and I said I wanted to also buy some dress shirts but I didn't know my neck size and she told me that she could measure it for me in the department if I wanted. I said no I would come back another day and I received a $40 dollar off coupon for what I bought so I can get the shirts with that coupon. I'm going back today to buy a couple more items. The department wasn't the neatest but the last time I went to Macy's it was a total reck and will never go back. read more

Kohls is well loved and appreciated by the other women in my family. My daughter included. I will say they have a nice variety of home goods, clothes, purses and shoes. They have great savings and incentive programs and there are always sales and coupons. That brings their higher prices down to an affordable level for most. I love their products, but I am more of the where can I find it cheaper type of person. I have seen people, my family members included, use their incentives and coupons with great joy that they saved lots of $. However, I have also seen that just because they have a "good" coupon and "Kohls Cash", they have to go buy something. When you become a justifier to shop, you might have a problem and maybe you shop too much ha, ha. So, the reason for my rating. I personally like their products but don't want to use there cc, my coupon (please let it be a 30%) and kohls cash in order to save enough that I feel like I am getting a good deal. They also do not sell clothes for plus size women. You may find something here or there if you are lucky. But if you do, refer back to the whole saving strategy I mentioned earlier. read more

It is embarrassing how much I shop here. Yes it's the Kohl's pricing system of price everything super high so at the register when you get sale prices it says you saved 2 million dollars on your shopping trip. The associates are all great, the store is clean. read more

Most of the employees hate their job at this store everything is a problem if they aren't giving you the look they are sighing. I took an Amazon package to return and you would have thought i had it all pulled up on my phone as their little sign stated I should and she was put out by my return. read more

Horrible return experience at Kohls at Wadsworth with Sandy "Queen of the Kohl's return throne" where you must be summoned by the Queen in order to be blessed with her return artistry. Then she smart mouths the customer. She needs retrained or moved to cleaning the bathrooms. I know she's angry and bitter but no need to hurt the company with her attitude. read more

I like the variety of clothing offered for all ages and sizes, however, EVERY time, I check out the sales associate turns on the hight pressure pitch for their credit card. And.. When I decline, they roll their eyes and tell me I'm making a mistake to turn down such a big discount. I have never left this store with a purchase without this uncomfortable experience. read more

Use to be a consistent shopper at this kohls until yesterday, went to purchase Christmas decoration, never my the ridiculous prices even with their "sale" and small isles, the employees randomly walking thru the exchange/toy area have made it that neither me nor my family will ever step foot in there again nevermind management watched us walk out upset, my father step onto a stock cart, which one shouldn't do, she bolts over shouting as other customers are staring, like he was a two year old child, "get off that it isn't a toy!!!, my father gets down apologies but did state the store left it out and people could hurt themselves on this to her shouting again" it's not left out and just get down it's not a toy get off it!!! "... Now I have around 100 dollars worth of merchandise, I park politely at the front stating that they need polite employees, i get its the holidays peoples tempers are short but belittling a older gentleman in front of his grandchildren and daughter is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN. No stars truly disappointing. Picking 1 star since I couldn't leave it with none. Please go to target right next store, great people and prices! read more

Great store and great prices. The real price is always above on the rack not on the tags and make sure to get a kohls card, wait to get a 30% off in the mail. Sometimes you'll get $50 off luggage PLUS you can do %30 off. read more

We do a lot of shopping at this store and have always had a great experience until today. I stopped in with my two children to use my 20% off coupon. My 2 yr old started crying (not screaming) because she didn't want to sit in a cart and my mother decided to push her around for a few minutes to get her to relax. Their sales associate Lisa decided to say as loud as she could next to us "omg take that child out of the store". It was very disappointing. It's not like this went on for a long time. It was a few short minutes and now I will definitely be second guessing shopping there. read more

Security alarm sounded as I left the store. My bag was searched. A security tag had been left on a garment. I showed receipt. I was told I was FORTUNATE that I did not return home before this was detected. Really !?! I believe I should have been told , "I am sorry for the inconvenience." Clerks make mistakes, which is acceptable, but to be told I am fortunate to have people staring at me while my bag is searched, and I've got a headache, and am paying an outrageous sum to purchase a brand name item for my teenage daughter, and all I want to do is go home, IS just RUDE. read more

I used to love coming into this store. It seemed like I could always find something I liked. The last six months or so the store is so messy, I can't find anything. The racks have clothes half hanging on the hanger and the tops are all just thrown about. It is so frustrating to try and find anything. I miss my old Kohl's store! I love the Kohl's in Wadsworth. Ohio and Canton, Ohio. I find a lot of good deals here at the Wadsworth store. The people at these 2 stores are great. They treat you like a friend.
