We like Kohl's s, ever since we first encountered on when we lived in Wisconsin many years ago. I stopped in to get some socks and my SO wanted new sleep wear. We both found what we were looking for quickly. Unfortunately, there was a long line at checkout. And only about 1/2 the registers were open. (Maybe move up clerks during busy times?) Anyway, because of the quality and the diversity of goods that they sell, I'm sure I'll be back. read more

BEWARE spending your hard earned money at Kohl's. After many years of faithful shopping there, this just occurred. Looking for a new place to spend all of our gift purchases., Wow, just wow. We do Xmas up big in my family, very big. For the last several years at least 98% of our Xmas for 7 people plus have all come from Kohl's. THAT ENDS HERE 2 days after Xmas, my daughter from DC attempted to return 2 shirts in your store with receipts for a gift card, which she intended to spend that day. Imagine her shock at being told that she couldn't. After asking for the manager, who l'm told was nice but not helpful, she was told that her only option was to issue a credit back to my Kohl's charge, which we paid off as we went, by the way, here's the kicker, even with her receipts, they would only offer to issue the credit for less than half the amount I had paid. They claimed they had to treat it as a return that had no receipt, even though the receipt was in their hands. So they wanted to issue a credit for 20. on a paid off account for shirts I'd paid over 40 for. Veither shirt was on clearance by the way, not that that should even matter, we had receipts This is beyond insane. Totally unacceptable Besides my family, I've already discussed this with 3 friends and will be writing extremely negative reviews on every public platform that I am part of How dare Kohl's pull a stunt like this.I guess they see no value in a good customer. #kohls read more

Why is it that the managers of this store are so rude ? 2 of them carry themselves as being there is a burden. And hearing the one manager talk down to who I'm guess is the cleaning lady just sealed it for me. Yes the store is clean and nice, but the organization of the clothes are ridiculous. What should take a few minutes turns into an hour to find your size. Clothes just thrown on racks. Can't easily find assistance. And lord help you if you run across Alita , one of the managers. She is NO help and down right rude and no smile to greet you. I am no longer a fan of this Kohl's. 1. Is how I witnessed the attitude towards a worker and 2. I would like to shop in a store that is organized. So back to JC Penney's I go. Where staff is friendly and very helpful. read more

They always have great deals , my mom and I shop here all the time . Decent place, not a ton of help but better than other places

I sure wish the clearance racks were more organized. If I wanted to shop goodwill I'd go there, these racks are a hot mess in every Kohls store. I get people mess things up but getting the clothes in close proximity of the size would be most helpful. The only thing refreshing was the great customer service at check out. read more

It's ok as a clothes store. I wouldn't buy any electronics or toys there though, they are some what more expensive here. The jewelry prices are moderate. The checkout is good, friendly and fast. read more

Don't bother ordering Christmas clearance from Kohl's. I shopped for weeks for a clearance deal on a 9' white Christmas tree. Found it at kohl's .com an ordered it. The order went thru w/confirmation. Days later, AFTER all the other clearance deals were over they cancelled my order stating it was unavailable. Perhaps that information should have been provided to the online processing center. Thanks to Kohl's for already ruining next Christmas in the first week of the new year. Think that's a record in poor service. I'll be cancelling my card and no more shopping online or in their stores unless they make it his right. read more

I am beginning to think Kohl's does not want customers in its stores. The women's clothing departments are always such a pig sty, that I cannot find my size or the style I want, or push the cart through a department for all the clothing left on the floor. I'm sure the other customers make the mess, but it is the responsibility of the Kohl's employees to make it right. I have been in there at different times of the day, and it is always a mess. I'm surprised most merchandise is not damaged before it's out of season. read more
