They said it would be a 45 minute process, which is fine and why I came in early. I am really disappointed by that service, specifically because I have a wedding party of 6 people and was planning on spending over 1k for suit rentals. Before I made my purchase, I stopped by the beauty and perfume section and smelled some of the scents and at the end, purchased my two dresses and a perfume. Macy's has been known to be an upper scale store, so they are a bit pricey, but I won't complain too much. It was definitely necessary. I checked out at the perfume counter, and I felt like the only person around (which I kind was, lol), but she was fixated on me and my needs. I think it is a race to have the highest percentage off which only serves to create confusion to the consumer. I keep waiting for the day that stores quit having to have a sale all the time. What's next 90% off. This store is clean and neat and well merchandised. The changing rooms were clean and organized as well. A friendly staff awaits you to make any purchases.
