For example, on Earth Day they gift you a free reusable bag. On Easter they have a little treat and even on your birthday you get an e-mail bday wish with additional savings. I found a high quality tiger jacket for cheap for one of my brothers. I also found some nice shirts for a great price. If you sign up to be a member you get exclusive and extra perks.

I went to the clearance rack and found some really nice Italian leather sandals originally priced at $195.00 on clearance for 89 dollars, but with the red sticker extra 30% off, and with another 25% off coupon that came via email, we got all three for $125.00! My sandals came out to $42. I'm not cheap, but I love a bargain! I'll definitely wear the nice sandals rather than my old flip flops around the house!

I am truly the Jerry Seinfeld of dress shoes - tons of them, Kramer always stopping by to bring them to Mom and Pop to get detailed. At this location, found what my colleagues long for in their holiday stockings: wristlets. They are the new fem wallet. Store wide sale provides them at 40% off. On the clearance rack at 30% off AND THEN 40% off, I found a perfect fitting mahogany dress shoe. Smooth, sleek, and stylish, I wore them to work yesterday and was met with man compliments. The manager on duty was a kick. She was most helpful and very easy going. Some of the pieces in their store are amazing, some leave me scratching my head wondering who is going to buy a $3,000 fur vest in South Texas. As of now, their pickings are slim, but their Brighton section still is top notch and they have a good selection of moderately priced blouses at Unique's. Currently, they have a huge clearance section with stuff marked between 30% - 75% off. Their shoe section is also dwindling down - I believe they're planning on renovating parts of the store and are getting rid of their old wades. Unique's has some new Kate Spade school supplies for those wanting to start their back-to-school shopping. Overall, Sylvia's & Unique's are still two must-go places to shop in McAllen.
