Just less choice than TJ Maxx but much neater and more peaceful and pleasant than Ross. This one is located in between the JC Penny and the Big Lots store on Trenton and 281. When they first opened they had more merchandise. Because of a lack of customers they have cut back; there is a lot more space between racks, and fewer items on the racks. However, if you can't find what you're looking for at TJ Maxx or Marshalls, you may get lucky and find it here. It's certainly more peaceful. I hope they get more customers and will increase the merchandise again and give more competition to the other retailers.

I had read about it before it opened, and it's supposed to be F21 stuff but with "deeper discounts." I was hoping that meant it would be the same F21 stuff on super sale or at least similar stuff at cheaper prices. After visiting today, it's actually neither...which is why they lose a star. Basically, it's just the same "basics" at any F21 store, but in much greater proportions. TONS of $1.80 tank tops, $3.80 tees, $10 jeans, etc. They also throw in a lot of their "daily deal" stuff and lower-priced fashion items. There was a sale section (some shorts and jackets at 50% off), but not much bigger than it would be in a regular store. They also had some of their more popular higher-priced items sprinkled around, which I actually liked. The store is large, bright, and really clean (at least for now). Plenty of dressing rooms and cash registers. They also carried a lot of plus-size items, and had fairly large men's and children's sections. My favorite part though is that this new concept is designed to be in strip centers rather than in malls. Tons of parking and only a few steps to the door. Overall, a little disappointed that they don't actually carry any different items than a regular store, but very pleased with the convenience.

I swear it doesn't matter which Ross in which state you are in there is ALWAYS an anti-theft alarm going off with employees that couldn't care less. When I first walked in there was an alarm going off in the women's shoes, then it was near the kids shoes, and by the end of my shopping trip there was an alarm going off near the men's shoes. I'm not saying the employees don't work hard, they just get deaf to the noise and don't try to stop it because it's just going to start again. This location in general is never really clean in my opinion, maybe they're short staffed but there are items all over the isles and makes it impossible to get down some isles with a cart. Of course I'll be back, I love a good deal, but dang please turn the alarms off, it kills my head every single time.

You'll never know what you'll find at Marshall's, which basically restocks products from other…read moredepartment stores. What we have found, however, has been insane deals on name brand stuff. The catch? Finding stuff in your size is a matter of luck. But when you DO find something you want that fits? Huge savings. Definitely worth a look, it can sometimes really pay off.
