He did a full evaluation of my feet and figured out what I needed in order to get relief. He helped me find an awesome pair of tennis shoes along with proper insoles and even helped me find flip flops that had heel shock absorption to help alleviate the heel pain that was making it difficult for me to even walk at all. His customer service went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. He also made sure to not only find what I needed but provides me with many options to fit my budget. Best part was the phone call I got from Barry not too long after leaving the store. He had looked at transaction of the sale, and noticed the discount I was supposed to get dos not go through and I had paid $30 more than what I should have come out to. I had had no clue, yet he took the time to find the problem to begin with and then called me personally to extend the discount and provide me with a refund of that $30. What an honest, caring, knowledgeable and trust worthy place and person to go to! I will not go anywhere else now for my new shoes. Loved the entire experience!
