One lady kept giving my wife a stink eye as if she was too young to be able to afford anything. However, she was very polite to another lady who was older. I guess we were judged for being young. SELECTION- the store has some nice items but not very much selection. VALUE- everything is very expensive. For a knit bracelet that we can find on Amazon for maybe $5 dollars, they sell it for $35. OVERALL EXPERIENCE- the store is nice and the items are nice. But the service and prices make it not worth your while.

I signed for a loyalty reward program around 2018. Every time that I go to Sally's and make a…read morepurchase, I am asked for my phone number and address. This last time, I purchased enough to earn $10 rewards points. When I went the next time, the cashier told me that I had $10 in rewards but could not apply them to the purchase I was making but possibly next time. So I went the next time and asked if my points were available and they told me that they disappeared. I contacted customer service to be told that I they could see my purchases but that I needed to reapply. Nothing was said about awarding my points. I just told them that I was not re-applying. I can't believe that they are willing to let a long time customer go for $10!!!

I was so worried about there being a harsh line but was convinced of getting it tinted because the package came out cheaper when bundled. Does this look blended to you? The picture makes it look much better than in person.. but the harsh line is so bothersome and upsetting bc I was assured that they had done "many teslas" and said it wouldn't be like this. Not sure what to do but remove it. VERY upsetting.

With every item I could see, you can tell all merchandise is made of high quality; you can't go wrong! Two young ladies, Miranda and Briana? (not sure I spelled their names right, sorry) were always patient, sweet and made sure I was taken care of! The country music playing and the aroma of finely made merchandise, I could have stayed there ALL day! At checkout with the ladies, I noticed a male employee in the cashier arena while I was buying my ON SALE boots YAHOO, with a scowl on his face. I noticed him because he was directly looking at me quite unfriendly as I continued enjoying the female employees during the checkout process. I noticed that all of the female employees were working collectively together as a team! I never had the male employee attempt in anyway to assist me as I waited between for my boot sizes. I WILL be going back to this Boot Jack location as it is an epic experience and so enjoyable!!!!

Called back on Monday and told me it was out of stock because the owners son Marcelo wanted the only one that was left, i told her that was unacceptable, she told me to hold, a few minutes later, she said there was 1 in the warehouse and that it would get shipped in 2 hours! 2 hours passed and instead of my order being shipped it was canceled! I called back and they told me they were sorry because that item was sold today! that it first come first serve, i was like, if that was the case i paid for it last Monday! then she told me in-store customers get preference and that it was sold in store today! This is totally unacceptable, i emphasized on my first call that i needed it for a trip, now im not going to have enough time to order anywhere! I definitely do not recommend them!
