I asked them to be shipped to the store for pick-up and they were ready within an hour. The young lady at the counter scanned my purchase code, asked for an ID to ensure it was me (the same ID I use when voting), and she handed me the boots. Easy peasy. The store is very nice and has a large selection of western and ranch wear for both men and women. There are cowboy hats galore, practical boots, work boots. Fancy boots, exotic leather boots, goin'-to-town boots, and honky-tonkin' boots, jeans, buckles, leather care products, etc. Everything was neat, orderly, and easy to find what you're looking for.
