They have a super cute boutique inside the salon which was awesome because I actually needed an outfit for an upcoming event!! The staff really gave a welcoming and fun experience. First of I made an appointment the day before which I was absolutely grateful that they were able to schedule me and fit me in. They worked around my schedule and were very good at contacting me to update me on my appt with Leslie. I was hosting a pageant in Mcallen and explained to Leslie the type of makeup I wanted, she did an absolutely great job on what I wanted in regards to the dramatic eye look I wanted without going overboard and making me look crazy (which has happened with other makeup artists before). She was very detail-oriented and took her time capturing exactly what I wanted and listened to my vision. I will undoubtedly be returning to Leslie for all my future event makeup needs! read more

Do not be FOOLED by the high end decor and pricey services, this place is a complete waste of money and time! I spent $230 and five hours at this salon only to have my hair look almost exactly how it was before! The price apparently did not include a trim, not even a blow dry, they literally sent me out with wet damaged hair. I requested to go lighter (blonde) & and have my over grown roots colored and my hair is one shade lighter at best in some parts, other parts have GREY highlights and the roots look the same (almost black). For some reason the hair stylist decided to ignore when I told her to do my roots and ended up applying a darkening toner after hours of trying to get it lighter.When I called back to have them fix my hair after a week it took me almost TWO WEEKS to finally get a hold of the hair stylist! Once we spoke she said it would be $130 more and a couple of hours to fix my roots even though she was supposed to do the first time I went! So not only did she mess up my hair, she actually wanted to charge me to fix her mistake! I've literally have gotten better hair results buying a $10 box of hair dye from HEB. Do NOT waste your money and time here. read more

I made an Appt a few days ago for hair color. I used to go with VIVÍANA & she was amazing, but unfortunately she is no longer there. I specifically told the person I spoke to on the phone that I wanted someone who did colors like VIVIANA. She said she could schedule me with BELEN, who was just as good. I arrived at my 4pm appt @ 3:45 & checked in with the receptionist Jocelyn. At 4pm BELEN ( now not so sure) came & got me and took me to her chair. I showed her a few pics of myself in the shade I wanted(burgundy/mulberry color) & she proceeded to show me a color that was too red then a color that was straight out purple. I said those were not it & that the same color I wanted had been done at this same salon before(thinking it should be in my customer profile). She then tells me I should have come in for a consultation 1st. why would I as the customer know that especially if I have had that color done in there salon??She then walks away to consult w/someone, comes back to make excuses...we don't have those colors, Viviana would bring her own colors, a consultation was needed 1st, I should have said what color when I made Appt. As I was leaving her station(without the service I had requested) I noticed the name on license was ROSALINDA...what happened to BELEN??? As I am driving home I get a call from salon asking if I am going to my Appt!!!! Seriously???? Apparently Jocelyn didn't check me in???? Have no clue what stylist saw me Belen or Rosalinda??? By Maxwell get your crap together. For the prices you charge & the money I have spent in your salon in the past, the service or lack of service was horrible..never again!!
