I had a…read morereally bad check-out experience while trying to return something with a clueless employee who also had a chip on her shoulder. I think they should allow some of the older, more experienced staff with better customer service skills handle the returns. I shop at Marshalls a lot ... A LOT! And have never had as bad customer service as I did at this place. The selection here is just kind of blah. Lots of fleece, flannel and hoodies. It seems like this location has more workout stuff than actual clothing. The home section is also surprisingly small, except for candles which they have a ton of. If you are looking for workout clothing, hoodies or cheap Chinese down jackets, this is your spot. If you are looking for business clothing or even some nice, name brand casual stuff, you are probably better of going to the outlets in Lee. Again, my best suggestion is to retrain the younger employees with the premise that people will not shop there if the cashiers are moody and grumpy. I know it's probably only a part time job for them but they should act more like the older cash register employees who seem to give a damn about customer experience. If you don't know the policies of your store, don't make them up and stick with your answer stubbornly. It will be more embarrassing for you when a manager has to correct your mistake and apologize to the customer who knew the policy all along.

We got personal pan cheese pizzas, chicken Alfredo, popcorn, and Archer Farms Mint chocolate cookies . The chicken was amazingly creamy and cheesy with moist boneless chunks of white chicken! Overall we loved and enjoyed the chicken Alfredo and the personal pan pizzas.... so cheesy and good! The lady at the snack bar put in the oven fresh ones for us which were ready in fifteen minutes from ordering. The popcorn was freshly popped buttery and crispy and texturally delightful. The Archer Farms mint chocolate cookies were soft, super chocolately with a nice mint chip distribution. Take a visit over to the snack bar and have some lunch all in all around twenty bucks for everyone including drinks. Yummy!! Great shopping experience and wonderful lunch!!!

I have been shopping this Walmart since it opened. I have found that the majority of people that…read morework there are kind and helpful especially if you treat then with the kindness and respect they deserve. The store l is clean and any time I have had to use the facilities they have also been clean. It is a large store, and I have had some issues with product, but customer service has always been able to fix the issue. Everyone makes mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it without feeling they've done something on purpose. You will find that your kindness and respect will get you the help those employees wish to give you. If you have a problem, ask for the store manager and don't yell at the employee. The majority of their employees se are hardworking people that have to deal with multiple customer personality types, managers, and situations (including being yelled at for things they cannot control) that we might find difficult to handle. Consider for a moment that maybe the previous person they helped was not the nicest person in the world or life has thrown them a curve. Could you do any better? Delivery was then later received for first order and information about second order completely disappeared. This is a clown operation.

Baby / youth clothes, adult / young adult clothes including plus size, bags of all kind, shoes for all ages, socks & intimates. While I was browsing through I noted that they definitely had great brands including some more on the lux side - Juicy Couture, Steve Madden, Hollister clothes, and Michael Kors. As always, they have kitchen and bakeware finds, bedding and bath towels etc, plus my favorite - a pet section with tons of dog / cat beds! 10/10 recommend and I am so happy to see it in this area. Finally a great place to shop for clothes and fashion finds locally for great value and price.

I was surprised at how nice and big this Marshall's location is. Looks like they were trying to get rid of their summer clothes which is perfect for me being that when I fly back to Orlando I'll probably be able to wear it immediately. I got a great deal on a lace dress and a very elegant beige jacket. You can feel the quality of the fabric, the fine stitching and lining, all that stuff makes a difference. Seemed like some of the women were sizing me up, maybe looking at my clothes or shoes or something then gave me the subtle eye roll. I don't know I'm just wearing leggings and sneakers but apparently I should be ashamed of myself for coming out like this. Or maybe it was something else entirely, I don't know but I'll skip the makeup area next time, especially the MAC counter, I don't need the added stress of walking away thinking something is wrong with me.
