I like this Kohl's a lot better than the Glendora store because it is less crowded and there is more product to be sold. It is worth a little longer drive for me to go to this location even though the Glendora store is closer to where I live. read more

Was looking for some boots that i really wanted! Went to a couple Kohl's around the area that did not have my shoe size! Lora from Mens shoe department went the extra mile to help me find my shoe size. She called other stores to check if they had them. That too me is one great employee! I'm all about Customer Service! There's nothing worse than shopping on a weekend during the holidays. It was incredibly busy and everyone was in a rush. But I was pleasantly surprised that my cashier named Bridgette was very personable, kind, and efficient. It was nice to see that even with all the chaos she took time out to make me feel valued as a consumer. I normally shop at the Glendora location but I was really impressed with the customer service that I received at the La Verne store. read more

We shop a lot at this location, because there are a lot of variety and cheap stuff if you know when to look. Pretty neat, but the sale sections could use some organizing. Some sale home deco is too wrecked and on the shelves for too long they can't be sold anymore... The staff are pretty nice. We'll for sure go again! read more

I worked here this past Christmas and it was awful. I've never had a job that I dreaded going to until I started working here... It wasn't so much the job as it was the people I worked with. I think this is my first time leaving a Yelp but there are so many bad reviews when things go wrong it's nice to leave one when you receive excellent customer service. I stopped by in kind of a hurry to see if they had a pair of window curtains that I needed to match with what I had. The selection was picked over because they were on sale and bumped into an associate I believe her name was Valerie. She helped me look again and then took the time to check the computer to see what other stores carried them and had then in stock, saving me lots of time. Thank you read more

Usually I have pretty great service at this Kohl's. Maybe because it's Monday and employees aren't happy to be here...? Today I came into the store to purchase a vacuum cleaner and I could not find an associate anywhere near the home department to answer questions. The item seemed out of stock because another brand box was in the space designated to Hoover brand. I went to the cashiers area to get some assistance and the associate, after assisting another customer, ignored me. She seemed extremely involved with dealing with items left my the previous customer and didn't acknowledge me standing right in front of her. No help from her ... so I walked to customer service and asked if the specific vacuum was in stock. I asked if Kohl's price matches since the item listed about $50 cheaper at Target. Without looking up she said, "no." She did not look up at me the entire time I stood at the counter while she searched for the item on her cell phone. Good thing the item is Lee's at Target because I'd rather have a better shopping experience over there! read more

This Kohl's has a better selection and seems better kept than the Glendora style. The dressing rooms were pleasantly not stacked with hordes of leftover clothes from everyone else that day and they have enough cashiers open that I didn't have to wait in a long line. read more

Worse customer service ever. Been trying to call to find out if they do Amazon returns at that store. No one answers, then try to check online and it's a dumb robot wanting your name, #, and email just to have someone answer a question. Not giving all my information just to ask a question. They have a nice selection of clothing. But whenever I come later in a sale, all the good clothing is gone. Their facilities should be slightly cleaner. The changing rooms are always stuffed with clothing. Only for the constant deals, I will return. read more

While it might be a great place to shop, they need to work on their treatment of their employees. A friend has the pleasure of attending their annual holiday party tonight. While there were prize giveaways it seems that most of them were won by store management. i have been in business for over 30 years and I have never been to a holiday party where supervisors or above were even eligible for prizes. It's for the employees who bust their butt every day to make the customers happy. Kohl's management needs to go back to basic business school. Shame on you Kohl's. read more

I've been to the Kohl's on Foothill in LaVerne a few times lately. It is very understaffed. The Management needs to have more associates on duty during this time of year. The merchandise is a mess. Things are on the floor, half hanging off of the shelves and no one seems to be working to put things back together. Come on, Kohl's spend some money! Put a team together to straighten up your mess. Have a crew work after business hours. Do something. What an embarrassment. read more

I have tried this store a couple of times but the clothes are a little overpriced. Levi's are usually 60$ plus. Macy's has the same for about 42$. Dress socks 17$, last year's cologne 60$. I asked the cashier why is everything so much? She advised me to come when things are on sale. Well yea I guess, I really dont wait for sales, but for some people it works out. I prefer a store that has deals and not make you buy one thing at full price and the 2nd item at 50%. You are spending more than what you had in mind with that. I wouldn't put all my eggs in this store. Its ok if you don't mind paying the price. read more

i shop at kohl's and enjoy each time i go. the problem that i have i live behind kohl's la verne. my home backs up to the back of kohl's. i have called for the store manager 3 times and she is not their. could be because i call on the weekend. i have talked to the manager in charge on each occasion. i have complained each time that the bushes are climbing over the wall and is taking over my yard and my storage shed. the manager on duty said that it should be no problem to take care of it. she said the gardners come on thursday. i gave her my name and phone but nobody calls. if i don't hear from about this week (7/11/16) i will let the world know. but you can e-mail me with a answer.. billgreene503@hotmail.com read more

I ordered a dress online and when I went into the store to pick it up I showed the girl at the service desk my out of state driver's license. She told me she "should be able to accept it but she wasn't sure". She proceeded to call someone to see if she could accept my drivers license as proof of identity which I have never had an issue with this at any other Kohl's. The talked for several minutes and she let the person on the other end know that I was the primary on the order and they talked again then the other person asked what it was I ordered and she said the description and that she wasn't sure what that was, I said it's a dress. Finally they ended their conversation and allowed me to get my item, but the reason I gave them one star is that she should have never had to see if they could accept my out of state ID. If I present my legal ID with my name on it their should be no issues no matter what state I'm from especially since this is a nationwide store and I could be visiting from anywhere. Just a lousy business practice. read more

Upon reading the other reviews, it is true. It's a good place to shop but your lucky if you can find someone on the sale floor.
