Growing up I loved Kohl's and as I aged kinda stepped away from department stores, but recently came back a few times and really enjoyed the nostalgia with the upgrade of Sephora in the store. I first spotted this Kohl's when I was heading over to Culver's. I enjoyed visiting Franklin the first time that I came back towards the end of my vacation in Nashville to hang out one last time. I checked out this store because I'm a Kohl's fan. I wasn't expecting to buy anything, but I did. It's the best part about shopping at Kohl's. I found the clearance section. I found a nib wine pourer. As someone who likes calligraphy and wine, this wine pourer was cool and perfect. It was dirt cheap at $3. This store has the best selection of Squishmallows out of all Kohl's stores in the Nashville area. I found one with a rainbow and clouds. I was debating whether I could fit in my luggage and went for it. She was adorable and different. With this visit being my final one at any Kohl's on this trip, I took in everything. If you have an electric car, there are chargers in front of the store. It was my first time seeing that at any Kohl's store. My favourite shorts were here. I didn't need any, as I practically have every colour. They are comfortable and am glad that they exist. This store had Ray-Ban sunglasses. I like that they have affordable styles, as you normally break the bank for a pair. This store will have Sephora soon. It was under construction when I was there. I like that they are a tag team at several locations across the country. If you want Sephora products without hitting a massive mall, it's perfect. I had a nice woman at the checkout. I had Kohl's cash that I used towards my purchase, along with a coupon in my Kohl's app. I saved a lot. Yay! I paid with a credit card. All went well. The woman placed my goods in a bag and wished me a good day. I reciprocated and walked out with my good. I do love my rainbow Squishmallows. She (her name is Vera) was such a great find for my collection. Although the Nashville area has a handful of Kohl's store, this one takes the cake for Squishmallows and clearance items. This Kohl's is your standard location, which is perfect as I enjoy a solid and consistent Kohl's! I have popped into this location a few times for casual wear, as well as business casual and for the most part have always left with something in hand. They are usually running solid sales and are usually stocked and organized well throughout the store. Customer service leaves a little to be desired here, as they are not the friendliest. They get you in and get you out, I have never been asked if I need assistance on the floor and cashiers are there to swipe, not chat...and to a certain extent I can respect it. Wait times are never too bad. Overall, solid Kohl's location that I will certainly visit when the need arises. read more

I came to find some cool Nashville Soccer Club merchandise to bring back to Michigan (our favorite MLS team). Unfortunately couldn't find any, but found some nice sweaters and pajamas for myself and my mother and a nice golf shirt for my husband. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. They have a great selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, and home goods. The wait was short, but customer service was ok. They crammed everything into one bag without folding or asking about hangers. We wanted to return a vacuum we bought just a week ago and even with receipt we didn't get our full amount we spent back. The vacuum wasn't even opened. Even after arguing with the manager and offering to give back the Kohl's cash coupons they only returned a portion of the money back. read more

I like coming to this Kohl's for the good deals and even better customer service. I recently bought some cookware at this store and saw an advertisment of a lesser amount in store for what my cookware rang up for. All I had to do was go get the flyer and show it to them and no questions were asked. I got a wonderful deal on an 11 piece cookware set by Cusinart. The holidays can get a little crazy at this Kohls, but I find that to be the case with any Kohls around the holidays. For the most part this store is well organized and well stocked. If you get the in house credit card you can get more savings and you can even pay it off in the store with check or cash right there, in the same day. Not to bad when you are getting another 30% off or more on some swag. read more

Well, perhaps with several caveats - if no receipt (even with the tags on) or if not in their system - they will give you a fraction of what you paid for it. I have shopped at Kohl's for at least 10 yrs - I moved 2 yrs ago from Illinois to Tennessee and went to this kohl's a few times and the biggest thing I noticed was different was the messiness - in Illinois Kohl's was always dusty on displays like no one cared but the items were in order and beat . This Kohl's in franklin reminds me of Kmart - not only is it dirty but there is no order to it - I went to look at crock pots -I found crock pots in 4 different aisles but only 5 models - the shoe depot is such a mess it's pointless to try to find shoes there, the clothing is in such disarray that there are actually torn items on the racks from things bring so tangled, in addition I noticed the quality of merchandise from clothes is even subpar to Walmart, Kmart etc with much higher prices - I was shopping fir a throw - it was $40. For a little fleece throw that at Walmart would have been $15. I looked at frames all were plastic and ridiculously priced , i tried to get a purse- most were plastic junk fir higher prices that I would ever pay - I ended up buying k cups with my coupon and cane gone and cut up my kohl's card -in my opinion this store would have to make major changes to ever get me back read more

I am a Kohl's shopper through and through but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of this store. The hubs-to-be and I went to Kohl's to build our wedding registry with their house goods and there weren't many options. The shelves in the kitchen section was relatively empty as if it were the day after Christmas! All the staff was very friendly but if you are looking for clothing, this is the store for you. I have shopped at Kohls for at least 10 years. I go to everyone store from Hermitage to Smyrna, Murfreesboro and Brentwood. This Brentwood location is the WORST when it comes to Customer Service and friendliness. I had just shopped 2 nights prior at Smyrna location and used the "Retail me not" app which had the 20% off and didn't have any problems what so ever. Also used the same app in Murfreesboro the week before twice and NEVER had a problem and it was the 25%off. Yesterday, I was told (very rudely) that they could not accept that coupon. Retail me not puts out fake coupons. However their store app AND website has the identical coupons. So how is that fake. Plus I made a purchase and the sale price did not ring up and it was an act of Congress to get it approved and verified. While I made a purchase in the Murfreesboro 2 weeks ago and the same thing happened and the cashier just overrode the system and gave me what I told her the sign said. I will NEVER go to the Brentwood store again. But all other stores still have my business! read more

Kohls return policy is awful. Brought in pants that were XLT to exchange XL, because that brand happened to be longer than others. One week difference and it was going to cost me $20 additional when the original pants only cost $32. Until they correct their return system to allow returns of the exact same style I will be taking business somewhere else. read more

Kohl's is great. If you have one of their credit cards and sign up for their rewards program you'll get notified of special sales they have. I bought a bunch of workout clothes and saved a considerable amount of money vs. Dick's. Best to go there during slow hours to avoid waiting in line at the checkout counter, though. read more

I visited Kohls on a busy Saturday and I was shocked at the attitude of the fitting room attendant. Twice when I was in a fitting room she broadcasted to everyone in the fitting rooms that they were to bring their unwanted items to the rack outside upon departure. The last time she added that the next customer didn't want to use your dirty fitting room. All of this was followed with a condescending "Thank You". Her tone was snotty at best. No, her tone was horribly condescending, and she clearly communicated how unwanted the shoppers were. I told her how I felt about being talked down to twice while shopping, and it shocked me. She told me she was sorry that I took it wrong. Not sorry that she was offensive. Not sure why there was a line of shoppers. There were 2 ladies fitting rooms that were closed. read more
