Very clean store. They have a great selection of products in clothing, household items, and many more. Very friendly. They run great sales.

So, my friend and I were there. We had just arrived from Target and Five Below. So we headed to Kohl's to browse for little accent pieces for rooms. We didn't find anything we liked there, so as we were trying to leave, we overheard this shady-looking ass bitch asking, "What's in those bags?" She then asked, "Do you guys have anything in those bags?" We said, "No," because we couldn't understand why she had just appeared out of nowhere. They assumed we weren't trying to steal because the bags we had from Target and 5 and below were close for that particular reason. Since it has never been the case and never will be. But after that day, we kind of avoided that store, which annoyed me since we are young, colored girls, and it made us feel uneasy. We kept wondering to ourselves during the evening, "Do you think she thought we were stealing because we're black?"Even though it happened a long time ago, it seemed to resurface and enrage me, so I decided to write a review. read more

I don't like the fact if you return something they take your Kohl's cash back I used my Kohl's cash before I made a return to the store and when I returned my one item they took my Kohl's cash back I don't think that's very fair read more

Kohl's is a nice store and reasonable prices and never overly crowded. They are well stocked neat and organized.

This Kohls location is everything you'd expect from the chain - great deals and that magical checkout experience when you learn that you've saved hundreds of dollars (or not - one of the cleverest marketing ploys EVER)! The staff is friendly here and the facility is kept nice and clean. They always work with you at checkout to identify which of your coupons (or even deals you didn't know were happening) to get you the most savings you can. Save a really busy weekend, the lines typically aren't very long and it doesn't take an eternity to checkout. As a new father, having changing tables in the men's room is a big perk for me! It's nice that they have a family bathroom too, however it's nice to have a place to go when someone is using it. My biggest (and probably only) complaint about this location is a lack of seating outside the changing rooms. As the husband of an indecisive wife, I find that I'm standing in the little cramped area of clearance items, awkwardly avoiding eye contact of the other women walking in and out. It feels like I'm hovering rather than waiting and some seating would make it not only more comfortable, but perhaps would remove some of the potential weirdness other customers feel too. The last time I was there, there was at least one other guy standing outside the changing room with me - not a lot of space! Overall, great location! I was at this location today to return some items and witnessed some guy being rude to an associate for a refund being smaller than expected due to not getting back the Kohls Cash that was used on the purchase. For those that don't know, Kohls Cash is essentially free money/free $10 coupon based off of purchases made, therefore returns negate Kohls cash. This guy couldn't wrap his head around that even though the employee kindly tried to explain it in different ways in hopes that he would understand. This guy still was being a complete jerk even after my return was processed, so I yelled at him. I still can't believe how the employee there was so kind to him the entire time. I just want to say that they have some good associates at this location and I'm glad I had a chance to witness that in action. This is the sort of stuff that brings customers back and I want to commend the team there for their kindness and professionalism! read more

I guess you are out of luck when you arrive at this Kohl's 10 minutes before the store opens and they will not let you in to quickly buy a shirt and tie for a funeral that is starting. They would not even let us in to pick it out and wait for the registers to open. They may have merchandise but no compassion. read more
