Interesting ... Kohls will allow you to review products however no reviews of bad service can be posted through their site. No wonder their service flounders. Most companies wish to know and understand when they fail to meet your expectations ... not Kohls ... they don't want to hear it and they definitely don't want other shoppers to hear how they may potentially be treated. I had never shopped in a Kohl's prior to visiting this one in Baton Rouge. I was under the impression this was some sort of a Crate & Barrel meets Sears type of a store, perhaps with little tinges of K-Mart and a little Target thrown in between. There are lots of home furnishing accessories here, with plenty of cute choices for women and lots of casual / conservative choices for men. It seems big and a little empty. Given our recent economic turmoil, the deals are never ending here with much of their inventory selling for as high as 70% off. Don't expect to find any decent name brand stuff here or any electronics either. The toy section is very limited for children and they tend to have their "As Seen On TV" products collecting dust on the clearance rack. A slight positive is their men's fitting rooms. There are comfy chairs, big mirrors, and no sales associates to hassle incoming patrons. Each of the rooms are unmonitored, spacious, and undoubtably clean. You'd think one could easily shoplift there, but the cameras say otherwise. They cannot take returns at the registers, remember to head out to the Customer Service area in the back. The sales folk are friendly and tend to greet customers coming in and out. Be sure to score Kohl's bucks with every purchase and apply them for future visits - they also aren't taxed and can be reused. read more

I scanned Some shoes at the Kiosk to see how much they are. I purchased them not knowing there was a $20 difference. When I got home 45 min away realized the price difference. I called to see if it could be corrected. I was told that was the on line price and they don't price match their own prices so it's cheaper by $20 to shop on line. That just blows my mind. They are not worth what I paid for them and would not have purchase if I had known. read more

I love Kohl's so much that I hate it. Anytime I go I always spend more than I should because they have so much to buy and look at . My favorite thing about Kohl's is the selection and it always seems clean and organized. Not having to dig through piles of clothes like at a TJ Maxx or Ross. I like Kohls. They are a little pricy, but usually have some good sales going on. I found a beautiful nightgown and robe there for my sister's lingerie shower. It was on sale, so I saved a good bit of money. They have a large selection of clothes. And you can always find good deals on clearance. I like the shoes. I was able to get a pair of Jennifer Lopez boots for half off! read more

This store is ridiculous. Stood in line at the register in front to make a rent for 15 mins only to be told by cashier that they don't do returns only exchanges. NO sign at the front telling u this. Just supposed to know-I guess. Had to go to the back of the store to stand in line with all other returns and online pickups for over 20 mins to do a simple return. Only one person working that line of over 30 ppl. Terrible customer service.! Last time shopping at Kohl's! Uuggghhh. read more

This was my experience at Kohl's in Baton Rouge, La. I was watched the entire time I was in the store , just shopping around being an honest shopper . Never would steal a day in my life . I didn't even have a purse or anything . They get there employees who are also minorities to follow around other minorities . I sat back and watched how they followed other minorities around as well as they came in. Please choose wisely where you shop people. I will never shop here again. So sad. read more

No reviews of Kohl's since 2008?? What! This place was pretty awesome. They had racks and racks of stuff that was marked 80% off and the product quality was really good. The store was neat and it was nice that there weren't clothes thrown everywhere. Yay for employees who keep the place neat for their patrons! Hello everyone out there in shopping world. My favorite store is Kohl's. I havenot been able to shop alot lately because of back surgery but was thrilled when I was told by my doctor it was okay for me to go ,just for a little while....right try that!!! One of the employees that I usually see in the baby department saw me and siad it was nice to see me and she realized that I had not been in a long time. She is always so sweet as are all the employees. Because I'm disable and have to walk with a cane they are always asking if I need help, you do not get that in other stores, or that they realize you have not been in the store a long time. I hope that my health continues to get better so I can so to Kohl's more often. I really only shop there and if there had groceries,that is the only store I would go to for sure.
