Banana cream latte, matcha banana latte
Dan P.

Banana cream latte - espresso is smooth, their house banana milk is AMAZING - creamy and natural with no artificial aftertaste. Def on the sweeter side but can be easily adjusted, highly recommended! Shop is small but it's a great place to study, plenty of outlets. Friendly staff, quick service. Free and easy parking.

I've been excited to try this coffee shop since it opened because I love that they highlight matcha, which has been one of my favorite things to drink since I was in high school. Although to be honest, I didn't get a matcha this time, I had to try the Mazapan latte and it did not disappoint. It was sweet and creamy and decadent, as I expected it to be. I loved the chunks of peanut I'd suck up through the straw, very satisfying. Walking in, I wasn't too impressed with the ambiance, it feels a little too cluttered but also really bare. I liked the little corner with games, letting you know you're allowed to linger with your drink and friends. The people working were friendly. I didn't have much interaction, as I just ordered and immediately sat to wait for my drink. The menu is extensive and honestly, that made me wary but I would absolutely come back in and try some other stuff, as I did absolutely enjoy my large iced Mazapan latte.

Food 3/5 The pumpkin banana matcha has strong banana flavor from banana milk. I wish I can taste more of pumpkin or matcha. Almond toast is pretty good, not too sweet Service 4/5 fast and efficient Ambiance 4/5 small coffee shop with about 7-8 tables. Support local businesses

Found this cute place on google this morning and had to check it out! The matcha selection is great, along with the coffee choices! Staff was super friendly. The only thing I would have to say is how long it took to get the drinks, but it was one of the best matchas I've had and I will definitely be back. They also have a great pastry selection, the almond croissant was delicious and very filling! They also offered games and had little claw machines to play. All in all a great place to visit!

Nice solid matcha cafe in Henderson, matcha drinks served with no added sweeteners which I appreciate because I can taste the more authentic matcha flavors, unless you ask for the variety of creams and flavors then they have a little sweetness. Matcha tastes authentic from Japan and good quality. Cute little hole in the wall cafe with nice seats and chargers to work. Service was prompt. Lots of options to choose from!

All things old made new My son invited me to this swanky depot. He has frequented the establishment. I have my spot but open to try new places.. A lot of coffee options, priced boutique spensive, attendant was gracious and smiling. She greeted us with kindness and the order completed fast. 2 latte's for an exuberant cost but things change. More than talking happens here, it's a true meet up. Enjoy

KOHI coffee and matcha has such a vast menu, there is definitely a flavor combination for everyone. I love almost all coffee/matcha, but this time I got their Black Sesame Matcha! I would say that their matcha is definitely on the sweeter side, but it is smooth and non-bitter. I came during my lunch break, and total it took about 15minutes for me to get my one drink. Next time, I'll have to come on a day that I'm off since it does seem to get busy with pick-up/delivery orders and take a little while for the drinks to come out.

"I need some matcha!l" "Life begins after coffee!" KOHI... what can one say about this little nook? We are having matcha in so many different flavors and forms. If this place could be any more popular. It's a little slice of heaven. You can play fussball and connect four . Perhaps you can sip that matcha or coffee . Then maybe study for an upcoming test ignoring all the noises with your silence counter life headphones. How do you matcha? That's the best part of coming here . You can have a great matcha drink with strawberry or caramel and it's too sweet! A lot of the flavors here are pretty much liquid candy, but it's also acceptable once in a while. Let's talk about the fabulous service! Exceptional humans are serving your matcha and making much more joy for you. Perfection! Life comes and comes round, we slowed the process down to make matcha time and sip a little longer. Play a game and caught up. The brownies are delicious too. What's your favorite matcha recipe! Come and explore.

I discovered kohi about a few months ago and it is now one of my go to staple coffee shops!! They have matcha, coffee and a few pastries! It's a small shop but they do have a few tables for seating. They also have a fridge with snacks and drinks for purchase. The drinks I've tried are amazing! The staff there is great as well. Make sure to ask for a punch card.

Really glad I came across this coffee shop. The drinks were genuinely good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. You can tell they pay attention to quality and consistency. It's definitely an underrated spot, and I'll be coming back again!! 10/10

I got a banana matcha... omg they put real banana in it! Love Starbucks, but having the real thing changes everything. They make the matcha right behind the counter where you can see it. At the cream made the whole drink so smooth. It was so cute in there too, there are board games, a little trinket cubby... yes a trinket cubby. It's super cute you have to check it out. If you're nearby it's definitely a spot to try. You'll end up finding your new coffee place.

Kohi is a hidden gem! I love their matcha! I usually get their tres leches matcha/ latte or a cocoa puff matcha there is many more to try but I'm so stuck on those two. The decorations are so cute inside and I've definitely stayed to play games in there. All the workers are pretty fast even with DoorDash orders everything is super fresh.

I was out running errands & Googled "matcha near me." This place popped up & I got so excited because I love trying new cafes & matcha lattes! I'm pretty sure this spot is new, as I hadn't heard of it. Now I don't typically show up someplace new without first reviewing the menu. Doing so got me so made me excited for my visit because they have unique matcha options, such as tres leches & mango cream. I drink a lot of matcha & haven't seen these versions anywhere else. They also have fun coffee lattes, like the Teddy Graham latte! This spot's located in a plaza with a plethora of parking, so I was able to conveniently park right in front. I found the interior inviting, because the setup encourages people to sit down, stay a while & interact. There's also a vending machine, mini claw machines for the kids, a variety of board games, & a game all set up and ready-to-go on almost every table (like Connect Four). I think that's great for people who come in pairs/groups. I also liked that there's a section on the front counter that introduces the members of the team, and the baristas' favorites are displayed. That made things feel more personable. The record cover wall is also a cute touch. Great taste. The cafe was clean, service was prompt & friendly, & my drink was made pretty quickly. There are snacks like muffins & brownies available. As far as my order goes, mango's my favorite fruit, so I had to try the mango cream matcha. I got it with almond milk & paid about $11 (including the tip). It was so pretty, I had to post it on my Instagram story. I got a lot of questions about it, lol. Flavor-wise, the matcha tasted a little differently than I expected. I enjoyed it & finished the whole thing, but I expected a bit of a more bold matcha flavor to cut through the sweetness of the mango syrup. However! I do plan to return & try another flavor. I'm definitely glad I tried it.

To say that Pumpkin Spice Season has been disappointing this year would be a major understatement…read more I have had zero luck finding a PSL that tastes like pumpkin AND spice. But Skimos saved the season! Skimos is just around the corner from my vet and I've been meaning to try it for years. I was finally in the neighborhood without my dog so I stopped in. The coffee shop has a chill vibe with a black and gold theme. It's cozy but still stylish. They were playing some chill music, from Lorde to R&B slow jams. Most of the booths had partitions built in between them so it feels cozy and private. You could definitely get some work done here in peace. The two baristas were incredible. The guy in front of me was asking a million unnecessary questions and the barista was still super patient and friendly. She then took my order and was so nice! They bring your drinks out to you, which is a nice touch. My pumpkin spice latte was perfection. Each sip opens with a bit of pie spice, then deepens into sweet, creamy pumpkin. I have no idea which brand syrup they use, but the actual pumpkin note was spot-on. This latte tasted like an actual slice of pie. My decaf espresso was well-balanced - not watery and not overpowering the pumpkin either. My medium iced PSL with oat milk was $7.70 + tip ($6.75 + $0.95 for oat milk), which feels about average for our area. They use Toast so you can get points with each purchase. The only suggestion I have is that they add price tags and names to the pastries. Some things were obvious, like the croissant drizzled in chocolate, but other's were not, like the pumpkin spice cookie with cream cheese frosting.

Probably one of my favorite coffee shops in Vegas/Henderson…read more Customer service is on point! Coffee is really good, usually get the Horchata Latte or a cold brew. I don't like my coffee overly sweet, and Skimos always delivers on that. Even when I tell them to surprise me with a drink of their choice. Usually pretty full in the mornings on the weekends.

I ordered the Strawberry Shine, which was refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. A special shoutout to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to adjust the syrup level to my preference, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to customize the drink exactly how I liked it. I love the ice that they use here because it allows the drink to stay cold the entire time as I sip on it. One thing that stood out to me was the seating area. You can chill/relax with a coffee in hand. Whether you're meeting up with friends or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, the atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The cafe is in a somewhat quiet plaza that doesn't get a ton of foot traffic, making it feel a bit like a hidden gem. Despite the location, the people here were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed and laid-back. The breakfast was really good as well. I ordered the sausage egg bite which was the perfect size for me as I just wanted to nibble on something as I enjoy my coffee with friends. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

[Atmosphere & service]: Cozy atmosphere with a sunrise mural on the wall. Friendly service as the staff members brought drinks to our table instead of having us pick up our drinks at the counter. [Menu]: The menu at Sunshine now mostly mirrors Mothership Coffee Roasters' menu. There is only one burrito option called the Big Bang Burrito. The shop offers manual brew (V60 pour over) which takes approximately 3-5 minutes to prepare. *** Big Bang Burrito (eggs, savory bacon and turkey sausage, crispy tots, and melty provolone cheese in a warm flour tortilla - warmed, $13.00): The burrito was piping hot and overall it was a solid breakfast burrito. Decent Cholula crema sauce as it had a good spicy kick. Latte (12 oz Hot Latte, Whole Milk, $6.00): Mediocre latte - not horrible, but not amazing either. *** 3.5-star for burrito and latte - bump up to 4-star on friendly service.
