Seamus had many mats because I had been unable to groom him regularly at home due to some health issues I had for a few months. He needed to be shaved but Ruthie did a great job with his ears, muzzle and tail so he looked cute! I will be calling Loving Touch again in a while to give Seamus a regular Goldendoodle cut. All of my messages have been polite and friendly (despite a complete lack of response). My only request was to let me know if they were accepting new clients or not. While this business owner could not spare 30 seconds to send me a short response instead of ignoring all of my calls and messages for the past 3 weeks, they found the time to respond to my Google review with an unprofessional and condescending message within 1 hour of me posting it! The fact Ruthie responded to my review within the hour I posted it, but she couldn't send me a simple text message (or return any of my calls) for THREE WEEKS blows my mind. As a small business owner/operator of numerous service based businesses (including ones in the pet industry post COVID), I fully understand how busy it gets as a solo operator. However, there are things you can do to provide a better experience for your potential clients instead of ignoring dozens of their calls and messages for nearly a month (and then immediately leaving a sassy reply to their review). I see that Ruthie has a habit of posting rude replies to her clients who leave a critical review saying she doesn't care what they have to say. If she is not worried about her reviews online or the lack of customer service she is providing to her potential future customers, then perhaps she should stay off of social media and update her voice message to say she is not accepting new clients - problem solved.

They're so patient with him. And the best part- they don't cage your dog (as long as your dog is good with other dogs). They let the dogs roam free and play with other dogs so they're not suffering in a cage while they're waiting to be groomed. No other place I've taken him to does this. They're so kind to me and my dog and like I said my dog is wild so that says a lot. Stella is new to boarding and still learning how to socialize, so this was a huge adjustment for her. Despite her tiny Bichon Shih Tzu stature, she definitely put up quite a fight! The staff was incredibly patient and did their best to make her feel comfortable. One staff member even went to the store to get some of Stella's favorite fruit, which meant a lot to me. If your dog is already comfortable with boarding and other dogs, I think this is a great facility. I loved that there were cameras, and all the other dogs seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stella just wasn't ready for that experience, so I don't think multi night boarding is the right fit for her. Though, I would consider doing daycare for her at this facility! My only feedback is that she came home smelling strongly of urine and the kennel, and her coat was heavily matted after four nights. I was told baths need to be scheduled in advance, so that's something to keep in mind if your dog has a long stay. Overall, I'm grateful for the patience and kindness the staff showed Stella. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

As first-time puppy owners, I was nervous about leaving him with people we didn't know, but the entire staff was so warm and welcoming--it immediately put me at ease. Sue did an absolutely amazing job with Luka! She even went the extra mile by sending us photos during his grooming to show how well he was doing, which meant so much to us. The care and attention they showed made this experience wonderful, and I can confidently say this will be Luka's groomer for life! We're obsessed with how great he looks and how kind everyone was.
