I've been taking both my dogs here for years. They get the best of care my 13-year-old stoke terrier loves coming here before we went to Pet Envy Spa. She was always scared. Nate takes an incredible amount of care of my dogs and I cannot say enough good things about this business. I don't trust my dogs with anybody else but him he always treats us and takes care of my four year-old golden retriever and my 13-year-old terrier with the most care and attention they always come home looking perfect and they're always happy to go there and happy to be there. I highly recommend this business. It's kind of concerning that the reviews they have posted are from 3+ years ago. Did they get a new owner because I did not receive 4 star service. I should have known to not trust them... I have been looking to take my dog somewhere new where I could trust that my dog was in good hands, but my poor girl came home with her butt bleeding. Not only her butt but her tail also was cut so short that they cut her pretty badly. It's been a couple days and she's still in pain and uncomfortable. Place is not very cleanly. Place was very dirty and I personally saw an unattended dog fall off the table as it was getting a haircut. The dog started whining and crying. My dog came back with red streaks on his belly and although he has hated baths since I adopted him, I have never seen red streaks on him from holding him. I would advise you not to take your dogs here, seems as though it is under new ownership since the old reviews. All things considered, the workers were very kind, but I still would not recommend this location. read more

This was our first visit and I'm thrilled to say we loved it. Ashley groomed my sweet Lola ,and did a fantastic job. I'm so happy she was treated with the best care and looks exactly how I wanted her to. The most important impressive thing to me is they did her nails perfectly. She's always scared and the last few groomers just file them and don't tell me then I get home and see her nails are long... Pet Envy and especially Ashley are integrity in the grooming world. My friend takes her babies here too she recommended I try it and I'm happy to say I'm not disappointed. Izzie and Brady Lola's friends come here and they too always look fantastic. Nate was awesome, he gave his recommendation for the haircut and then made it exactly like how he promised, and the price was really cheap.

We too took our dogs here last minute for boarding and grooming. Our entire family has taken over 8 dogs to a similar place, but much further. We could not be happier with the switch! We called Pet Envy last minute and they took both our dogs for a four-hour period so we could host our daughters first birthday quietly. Both dogs were alarmed by the new surroundings but the owner assured me they would be okay. I had a tough time believing this (they are freaks of nature). Sure enough I came back and both dogs were calm and collected. The owner even spoke with me over the phone to assure me they were settling in. Both dogs smelled great and their nails couldn't have been been more neat We just went on an extended trip. The dogs couldn't be happier to see Pet Envy. We came back and both dogs were EXHAUSTED! I don't know if I should start with how our puppy was treated badly, how we were treatly badly or that they couldn't shave our 10 lb teddy bear breed 1 year old puppy here and still tried to charge us full price! My puppy got half of the biggest hack job haircut. He had cuts on his body and his sensitive little boy area is so red and irritated that he can't walk right. Unfortunately, my puppy was not the only animal mistreated. On both occasions we witnessed dogs collared on tables left unattended....it is easy for a dog to slip off a table and hang themselves by the collar attached around their neck. These dogs should not have been left alone, but judging by Marcie's lack of knowledge in every other area, this doesn't surprise us as much as it should. 20 minutes after dropping him off, Marcie called and told us her and her staff were not able to complete his haircut because he was too scared and trying to bite. We were surprised because he is so small and being scared seems like par for the course for doggies getting haircuts, but we went and got him. That is when it went from bad to worse. Marcie told us not to bring him back until we get him xanax from the vet, which we don't believe in so we will go elsewhere. She then charged us full price for his half done haircut!!! After discussing with Marcie the fact that they only did half a job and having Marcie be very rude and come up with excuse after excuse....it wasn't a good day for her staff, he was scared, they were short handed, he needed xanax (which she later denied saying). Lies and attitude and a tramatized puppy and a full price bill...unreal. That was when we saw the hack job haircut and his wounds. Chucks of hair just hanging off him, cuts, inflammed skin, it could not have been worse. I asked her how they handle "real dogs".....still unclear on that anwer. We were refunded our cash in the form of a check but not without words from Marcie, and those words were not apologetic about the half done job or the wounds. Unprofessional and unskilled. I hope they get some better training before they really hurt someone's little furbaby! read more
