She needs a lift and more support during her grooms now. First off, we unexpectedly got the call she was finished after an hour and a half! Wonderful!! Secondly, she looks amazing. We were told when we dropped her off they would do all they could to support our girl. Belly band, lift and give her breaks once in a while. And the price was less than our previous groomer! All around a wonderful experience.

She was super nice from the minute we got there and took great care of our very scared little dogs. One was a puppy so it was her first grooming appointment. They were done in about 3 hours and the dogs look fantastic! Prices were equivalent to all area pet groomers. We'll definitely be back due to this great experience and would recommend it highly to others!

*shocking!* yet another complete disappointment of a business! My mom has been taking her dogs here…read moreregularly for years now. Well, I finally decided to give them a try and so I booked an appointment for one of my own for a simple bath and brush (no matts). Not only did they call to reschedule me *the day prior* but when I called to confirm my new reschedule, I was given a price increase over the phone as well! $40 for bathing a 6 pound dog that needs absolutely no hair or nail trim? $40 just to bathe and brush a dog with no matts? Lmao. Okay Not only was the woman I spoke to on the phone condescending and did not care at all about my concerns - but their prices are a little ridiculous and flaky. Why was I told it would be $25-$30 when I originally booked the appointment and then $40 when I called to confirm the reschedule? Completely unprofessional - get your prices together and maybe try to fake that you actually care about people that want to spend their money here. To boot, I don't even know why my mom comes here for her dogs. Whenever she gets her dog bathed and cut, he looks horrible. He is never properly cut for his breed and it's always a sloppy job. (sorry mom but you've even said it yourself!) Way to totally turn down a first time client that could have been regular. Grossly unprofessional. Guess I'll find someplace that actually has their business and prices together.

Our Yorkie can be hard to groom but they always do their best which is far superior to what we can do at home! The prices are what you expect in the Chicago area but I switched to Barkin' because my old groomer could never get me scheduled even with a month notice. Barkin' always finds time to accommodate when I need the dogs groomed and I especially love I can add on nail grinding because the dogs come home with less sharp nails than when they are just cut! The bandannas they put on are also a great finishing touch! Highly recommend this groomer!! Every dog I see leaving looks amazing!
