They had me pay a deposit, but made it clear that the balance due would be dependent on how much my insurance covered. Since I was working with both my regular dentist and Utah Endo it was probable that I would max my available annual balance from my dental insurance. This is the first time I've seen an endodontist, I don't know what 'normal' fees from an endodontist are, BUT, they are worth every penny. I do not fee overcharged.

It's a shame his staff and office aren't reflective of Francis and Dr. Facer. There are other, more consistent dental experiences to be had in SLC than this one. Dig deeper to find one who actually sees you as a human, not a wallet for them to reach into. Note that in their response, it's apparently MY job to track down whomever the new customer service person is. My phone, email, full name, and address in nevada is in your system. Instead of making it the customer's responsibility to reach out, how about doing the professional, ethically correct thing, and reach out to me vs posting pablum every 8-9 months or so? Dr. Marc Enslow is the best Dentist I've been to! About 10 days ago I had him extract 3 of teeth. I thought I'd be in the dentists chair for a couple of hours. However it was only about 45 minutes. The only pain I felt was the initial numbing shot. He made such quick work of the extractions, that it left me speechless. Normally my teeth give Dentists a run for their money. Usually I put off dental work until I can't handle the pain anymore and am forced to go. Now that I've had such a positive experience, I won't hesitate to have more work done. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Enslow at Oquirrh Mountain Dental!!!

I got a letter in the mail telling me that procedure would not be covered. I called the dentist and the receptionist told me to wait because they were going to appeal. They appealed and the insurance again said no because the procedure was not actually needed. Then they started hounding me to pay another $600+ and I told them to send me a bill. They sent one, I sent a check in to pay it. It has been cashed, there is proof. And yet I have gotten three more bills in the mail and text messages harassing me to pay it. I would not trust this Dentist if I were you.

Well I went to my regular dentist because an implant needs a crown and come to find out Dr. VanDenBurghe left a piece of rubber in my jawbone that will be there forever. The work they do is not top tier so if you're looking for a one time trip for a problem tooth this would not be the spot for you. If you like nice people and going in for multiple visits to have work done on a single tooth this is the place! 2 stars for being so nice and always same day visits are available. Extra information to know is they do not offer any pain management so Tylenol and ibuprofen is all you get. Hopefully you're lucky enough to not need pain medication because they will not give you any no matter the circumstance.

They were varying $100-$175 difference and the cost kept going up, so by the day of services, I was very confused and didn't know what amount I was actually paying. There is some kind of tiny beetle infestation in this office. One came out of the magazine I tried to look through that was provided in the waiting area, and one was crawling on me as I left the office. I was hurt very badly by the doctor durning the Novocain injections. I cried it was so painful! I asked for gas, but was told that was an extra $55. I felt this clinic cared very little for patient care or comfort. The Office Manager did call me and try to make things right for me, so I do appreciate that.
