She has blood draws in office also so no traveling to another location to get that done. She uses a portal after the visit to communicate results and next steps. I especially like that during her visit with you, she really takes the time to listen. It doesn't feel like she's just wanting to get you in and out to move onto the next. Her notes are super thorough as well! I had a gap in coverage due to being laid off and when I came back in, she just picked right back up where we started. I highly recommend still! She's the best!

As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment next day! As someone who works in the healthcare space, this is virtually unheard of. Dr. Jorge Luengas has been our primary care physician for over 10 years. I credit him with saving…read moremy moms life -- twice. Once for heart disease (required a triple bypass surgery in 2001) and once for breast cancer (2008). He caught signs and symptoms very early on, and she was able to make a recovery in both instances. He also was an invaluable help when I was diagnosed with type II diabetes. He took the time to sit with me explaining how it was going to change my life, but not to let it get me down. He truly listens to his patients needs. In a world where medicine has become about how much profit can be made, its nice to find a physician who still genuinely cares about the needs of his patients and responds to each of them as if they were his only appointment for the day. Getting an appointment is fairly easy, I've always been able to get in same day for major items, and within a day or two for minor issues. Parking is a little tight, but there is a blood lab in the same facility (suite 15) so that is quite convenient. And he never makes fun of me for having a fear of needles and still being a big baby when it comes to them.

And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.
