The fellow there indicates he can do nothing to remove the significant snow in front of my unit and provided a link to make a complaint. His security system is intrusive and forces you to exit the building every half hour and reenter your security code. There is a serious rodent infestation which caused damage to my belongings in only one short month of occupancy. Mr Keener terminated our rental agreement without cause and tried to force me out in less than 24 hours. I called the police because it was not possible for me being disabled with back injury to relocate that quickly. He was very aggressive and belligerent and caused much distress to my 14 year old service dog Ella and me. With a police officers help arbitrating, Mr Keener agreed to give me a full refund of the months rent that I had just paid as well as an extra day to move. I moved out as expected but Mr Keener is refusing to give me my refund. Just coming here to our scheduled meeting which he did not show up for has made Ella vomit twice and is causing me so much anxiety. I am disabled and have a fixed income. I cannot afford to have my short amount of funds stolen by despicable thieves like him. The police officer was asked by me to attend the meeting to get the refund ,which Mr Keener was a no show, told me I would have to file action in claims court which I will do today. Its unfortunate that there are people like him that will take advantage to steal from a disabled women and intimidated us by raising his voice, making threats and posturing. If you care about how people are treated especially the elderly and disabled please avoid doing business at KEENER SELF STORAGE... Or any other enterprise he my own.

Their phone service was a little confusing as they have two different self storage locations with different names and different websites. Their storage facility is clean, easy to get into and has pull through access for big trucks. It's off the main road for privacy and easy access. It's got a variety of different sized units for reasonable prices. It was easy to get someone to book the unit, but a few times I had issues it was hard to find someone to help me. Issue #1: The entrance gate didn't work with my code after using it for a whole day. I had to sneak in and find the release to let myself in (not really secure). At other times, the gate was broken and left open. Issue #2: When you call their "emergency number" no one answers. Issue #3: Not all locks work on these doors. Make sure you get one of those round locks that clicks into itself or you WON'T BE ABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR. I would store things here again if need be, but want others to be aware of the issues that may arise.

I booked over the phone in advance, drove my 20ft Uhaul across the US, and arrived to find a lock on my unit. I walked over to the office, thinking that they might keep the units locked for security. Max hopped up to help, because he though it was open and ready for me. Seems an old tenant came by and put a lock on. Max drove 30 minutes away to get a file to take the lock off, and even then, me and my movers couldn't get the door open (Max tried and even called someone for help). To save time so I could return my Uhaul on time, Max found me two 10x20s (I only ended up needing one) and my movers unloaded everything into it. Max offered to move everything into my 10x30 the next day when they fixed the door (turns out a piece of metal from the lock had somehow blocked the lock, but none of us could see it). I decided to just keep the 10x20, since everything fit just fine, and Max adjusted my invoice to reflect the difference in price. THINGS HAPPEN. Excellent service and a can-do attitude are the best solution a company can offer. I couldn't have asked for more and am very happy to have my things stored here.

My husband , myself and some family members all tried . I called every 2 minutes for hours my husband drove to the office and the sign said working at a different location ( NO ADDRESS given) but the same phone number we had been calling. Our movers were able to find a solution. I continued to call and leave messages every few minutes ( not exaggerating I was furious and wanted my money back) I tried for 2.5 days before I finally was in contact with someone over the Facebook page. Which one of the workers responded on their personal page very rudely and unprofessional. They tried to say that I was lying and I replied I would be very happy to provide my phone records. That's when I'm not sure if that person switched over to the halls Facebook account to reply or someone else saw her behavior and they replied that someone will call me shortly to resolve it . Well hours later no one called ( even though at least one worker was able to respond on Facebook back and fourth) she wasn't able to use the phone I guess . Hours later I called a different location and was finally able to get my money back! But all in all I was lucky my movers found a place big enough for my stuff but I had to pay for 2 extra hours of my movers because of this!!!

I was very reluctant to put my items in a NON Climate controlled unit for such a long period of time but the owners suggested some very helpful ideas that has kept our belongings safe. First they told me to put plastic on the floor to create a moisture barrier. -Hmmm Concrete has moisture so if you ever stored boxes in your basement you would know what he is talking about. Second, never move items in that are damp or wet so don't move in when it is raining or snowing. Third if you plan on staying a long time through Winter & Summer, buy a bucket of Damp Rid which absorbs any moisture in the unit. All this information was explained to us by the owners so we still have valuable peaces that are not damaged at all. We love this place because of all the following: Owner answers the phone from 8am to 8pm 24 hour security They shovel in front of our doors for us all Winter It is not a Mud Hole in the Spring This place is the Best in Naples!
