Their conversations only last about 5 minutes-certainly not enough time to go over her mental health. Regardless, she has been pressured to pay her full balance which has not been disclosed to us. She has paid $400 last year and another $100 this year. She has asked for an itemized bill 3 TIMES and has not yet received any correspondence yet from the office. This makes me believe they are untrustworthy when it comes to payments. My last ditch effort is to call the office myself as I am her payee.

They blame it on the pandemic......which is pretty much over. And they are booked so far in advance that if you feel you have an urgent situation you better find someplace else to go. I saw one of the doctors in the hospital and was told to see him in the office in two weeks. When I called for an appointment they said they didn't have anything for six months. I'm a long time patient and it wasn't like this when I first started going there.

As a physician, she's down to earth and reasonable. She doesn't overtest and she's always available to fill a prescription if you're in a pinch. Patients should take note: the answering service her practice uses close to the end of the day isn't exactly top notch. Twice, they've told me that the office was closed, even saying "everyone left for the day" an hour early. It wasn't true. If the answering service tells you that the office is closed, but hours of operation say it's not, take a few minutes and drive over if you're local. They'll probably still be open.

She does a great job taking care of my two little ones and never makes me feel bad for worrying or overreacting. She just has a very calming effect. She's one of the best. There are two downsides.
