I absolutely, positively love Georgia Spinal Health & Wellness. I received a recommendation from a…read morefemale in my bible study group who had also been in an accident to come here. Then, it was ironic that the Orthopedic center that I attended ended up sending me here. Come to find out, she and I also attended the same Orthopedic office. :-)
One my favorite things about this office is the personable staff. Every single time I visit the office, which has literally been twice each week since March 26, 2018, I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff take a genuine interest in your health and well-being. I'm big on vibes and the atmosphere here is ALWAYS positive. The positive energy is not only evident in how they interact with patients, but it's evident in their interactions with one another. As an outsider looking in, they truly appear like a loving, playful family. I love to see and experience this type of energy.
I also cannot express enough how receiving the treatment and therapies here have drastically improved my pain. I was in a car accident in November, did 2 months of physical therapy, received cortisone injections, but my neck and back pains persisted on an intense level. Since I've been coming here, my movement has improved and my pain levels have decreased. I truly look forward to my therapies, my chiropractic adjustments, and the weekly massages from Gracie and/or Lisa. I love the fact that I can receive all of these services in one place. Both Gracie and Lisa are OUTSTANDING. These massages are EVERYTHING that my body needed and have totally aided in my continued improvement.
When I began on 3/26/18, I saw Dr. Hochman who was pretty great. However, the following the week was spring break and he was vacation so I had to work with Dr. Barlett. Both of these gentlemen are AMAZING, but I've been working with Dr. Barlett for the past 2 months now and I can't express enough how knowledgeable and how absolutely incredible he is. He takes a deep interest in each of his patience. He listens intently as I describe my pain areas and then he does his magic...adjustments, uses the activator to remove the tightness and knots, and gives me tips, suggestions and advice on what to do and what not to do at home. Yes, one can say that he's just doing his job, but you can easily tell the difference between someone whose doing it bc they have to vs someone who loves what he does and who actually cares for his patients. I never feel rushed like I have to hurry to explain what's wrong or like he's in a hurry to get me in and out. He's extremely attentive and he genuinely cares about he well being of his patients. Yes, I'm being repetitive, but I'm just emphasizing how awesome he is. He told me that his number 1 goal is for me to be 100% pain free and he's going to make sure that happens. I believe him and I'm extremely encouraged because I've made so much progress since coming here.
I've done nothing but rave about this place because they are truly amazing here and I will continue to spread the word.
